基于戰(zhàn)略地圖的高職院?冃Ч芾硌芯
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, higher vocational education has developed rapidly and occupied half of higher education in China. However, with the development of social economy, the state has put forward higher requirements for higher vocational education, especially the establishment of a national project to build a hundred model schools of higher vocational and technical education, which requires higher vocational colleges to change from scale development to connotation construction and quality improvement. In addition, domestic colleges and universities continue to expand enrollment and gradually shrink, making the development of higher vocational colleges facing a more severe test. In the new situation, the management of higher vocational colleges must be closely combined with the development strategy of the school, in order to achieve sustainable development and have the opportunity to become bigger and stronger. Strategic map is one of the effective tools of strategic management. It not only makes invisible strategy visible and complex strategy simple, but also describes strategy clearly with its unique frame structure, which is convenient for performance decomposition. At present, there are few researches on applying strategic map in domestic colleges and universities, even less in higher vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper tries to introduce the theory of strategic map to transform it into a domestic higher vocational college, which is suitable for the public good, and further studies its application in the performance management of higher vocational colleges. To build a general strategic performance management system and index system, hoping to provide reference for the management of higher vocational colleges. The full text is divided into four parts and six chapters. The first part is the introduction of the first chapter, first elaborated the writing background of the thesis, the significance of the study, and then made clear the problems to be solved, and then put forward the main research methods. Finally, the research content of this paper is summarized and the framework of this paper is described in the form of charts. The second part is related theoretical research and literature review, this is the second chapter of this article, first of all, the higher vocational colleges, performance and other related concepts are summarized and defined. Then, the concept and theory of performance management and strategic map are analyzed and studied deeply, and the research progress in related fields at home and abroad is listed. The third part is the third chapter of the thesis, which comprehensively studies the strategic performance management system of higher vocational colleges using strategic map, and puts forward the model of strategic map and the framework of strategic performance management. And analyzed and established the performance index system of higher vocational colleges. The fourth part of this paper mainly takes Hainan Vocational College as an example. This part consists of two chapters, namely chapter 4 and chapter 5. The fourth chapter focuses on drawing the strategic map of HVTC through strategic analysis. The fifth chapter focuses on the establishment of performance indicators system, and puts forward the necessity and method of perfecting strategic performance management system. The last part is the sixth chapter of the thesis, summarizes the research results, puts forward the limitations of the research and further research suggestions.
