職業(yè)教育轉(zhuǎn)型期人才培養(yǎng)模式的探究——以茶葉企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)為例

【摘要】:隨著我國的教育不斷的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),人們對(duì)職業(yè)教育的認(rèn)識(shí)也在逐步提升。為了響應(yīng)國家的號(hào)召,越來越多的人開始尋求職業(yè)教育創(chuàng)業(yè)的模式。這樣的創(chuàng)業(yè)方式不僅可以優(yōu)化人才,還能夠很好地提升職業(yè)教育的整體水平。如今,在高等職業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型期里,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的靈活發(fā)展,以及如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力都成為了職業(yè)教育轉(zhuǎn)型期研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。近年來,科技的進(jìn)步,技術(shù)的騰飛都有利于我國創(chuàng)新性人才的發(fā)展,因此,增強(qiáng)我國職業(yè)院校的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),是轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的第一步。在國家政策的支持下,學(xué)校加大了對(duì)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng),并優(yōu)化了培養(yǎng)人才的模式。本文將根據(jù)我國當(dāng)前的高等職業(yè)教育的模式去分析其培養(yǎng)人才的過程中存在的問題,然后以茶葉企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)為例,去探討轉(zhuǎn)型期的職業(yè)教育應(yīng)當(dāng)如何開展,最后總結(jié)并展望我國的職業(yè)教育。
[Abstract]:With the continuous transformation and upgrading of education in China, people's understanding of vocational education is also gradually improving. In order to respond to the call of the country, more and more people began to seek the mode of vocational education entrepreneurship. This way can not only optimize talents, but also improve the overall level of vocational education. Nowadays, in the period of higher vocational transformation, how to realize the flexible development of students and how to cultivate students' ability have become the focus of the research in the transition period of vocational education. In recent years, the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of technology are all conducive to the development of innovative talents in our country. Therefore, it is the first step in the transition period to strengthen the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges and universities of our country. With the support of national policy, the school has increased the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability and optimized the mode of training talents. According to the current mode of higher vocational education in China, this paper will analyze the problems existing in the process of cultivating talents, and then take the tea enterprise as an example to discuss how to carry out vocational education in the transition period. Finally, the author summarizes and looks forward to the vocational education in China.
