【摘要】：本文針對校企合作難點(diǎn)問題,以"行業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)和管理模式研究"等課題研究為基礎(chǔ),開展了一系列整合資源優(yōu)勢、豐富合作內(nèi)涵、創(chuàng)新合作手段、推進(jìn)合作深度的校企合作實(shí)踐活動,創(chuàng)新性提出了校企合作"對接共享"根植共生"兩種模式,有效推動了產(chǎn)業(yè)資源與教學(xué)資源、專業(yè)設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)需求、課程內(nèi)容與職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教學(xué)過程與生產(chǎn)過程的轉(zhuǎn)化與對接,提高了教學(xué)質(zhì)量,提升了師資水平,服務(wù)了行業(yè)發(fā)展,取得了一系列教學(xué)成果。通過實(shí)踐推廣,創(chuàng)造了良好的社會價值,對職業(yè)教育尤其是工科類專業(yè)教學(xué)改革有較強(qiáng)的啟發(fā)和示范作用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficult problems of cooperation between schools and enterprises, based on the research of "Industry participating in the study of running School and Management Mode of Vocational Education", this paper develops a series of integrated resource advantages, enriches the connotation of cooperation, and innovates the means of cooperation. Promoting the practice of cooperation between schools and enterprises, innovatively putting forward the two modes of "docking and sharing" and "planting symbiosis", effectively promoting industrial resources and teaching resources, specialty setting and industry demand, curriculum content and professional standards, etc. The transformation and docking of teaching process and production process have improved the teaching quality, improved the level of teachers, served the development of the profession, and made a series of teaching achievements. Through practice and popularization, it has created good social value, and has strong enlightening and demonstration function to vocational education, especially to the teaching reform of engineering specialty.
