【摘要】：為提高我國(guó)職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教融合的創(chuàng)新性、有效性和可持續(xù)性,從權(quán)益分析的角度,明晰了職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教融合中企業(yè)主體的職能定位,進(jìn)一步厘定了企業(yè)權(quán)益的內(nèi)涵與外延,在交易費(fèi)用理論指導(dǎo)下,詳細(xì)分析了職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教融合對(duì)企業(yè)權(quán)益的增益影響及其給企業(yè)帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并從政府層面、職業(yè)院校層面、產(chǎn)教融合組織方式等方面提出了企業(yè)規(guī)避融合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的策略建議。。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the innovation, effectiveness and sustainability of the integration of industry and education in vocational education in China, this paper clarifies the functional orientation of the main body of enterprises in the integration of industry and education of vocational education from the angle of rights and interests analysis, and further defines the connotation and extension of the rights and interests of enterprises. Under the guidance of transaction cost theory, this paper analyzes in detail the influence of the integration of industry and education in vocational education on the benefits of enterprise rights and interests and the risks it brings to enterprises, and at the level of government and vocational colleges, The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to avoid the risk of integration.
