【摘要】：校企合作是培育職校生職業(yè)精神的重要途徑。通過分析學(xué)校和企業(yè)培育職校生職業(yè)精神的合作條件,設(shè)計(jì)了序列化的教育內(nèi)容,分別為樹立職業(yè)榜樣,加強(qiáng)職業(yè)理想教育;激發(fā)專業(yè)興趣,提升職業(yè)情意能力;創(chuàng)設(shè)職業(yè)情景,強(qiáng)化職業(yè)責(zé)任意識(shí),并在此基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)探討了創(chuàng)新精神、責(zé)任意識(shí)與誠信觀念的培育。同時(shí),校企合作通過完善職業(yè)精神培育的理論平臺(tái)、實(shí)踐平臺(tái)與文化平臺(tái),提高對(duì)職校生職業(yè)精神培育的質(zhì)量,從而切實(shí)提升現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育人才素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)造附加價(jià)值的能力。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate vocational spirit of vocational school students. By analyzing the cooperative conditions between schools and enterprises to cultivate the vocational spirit of vocational school students, the serialized educational contents are designed, which are respectively to set a professional example, to strengthen vocational ideal education, to stimulate professional interest, and to promote professional affection ability. On the basis of the creation of professional situation and the strengthening of professional responsibility consciousness, this paper discusses the cultivation of innovation spirit, responsibility consciousness and honesty concept. At the same time, the cooperation between school and enterprise can improve the quality of vocational spirit cultivation of vocational school students by perfecting the theoretical platform, practical platform and cultural platform, so as to improve the quality of modern vocational education talents and the ability of creating additional value.
