【摘要】：中等職業(yè)學(xué)校是實(shí)施職業(yè)教育的主體力量,近年來(lái)規(guī)模型中等職業(yè)學(xué)校開(kāi)始在各地崛起。規(guī)模型中職的教學(xué)事務(wù)將變得更加復(fù)雜。教學(xué)管理是針對(duì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)本身的一種管理行為。它是教學(xué)活動(dòng)正常運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ),也是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要保證。效能的基本內(nèi)涵是指目標(biāo)和任務(wù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度。效能是中職教學(xué)管理的基本追求。祁陽(yáng)職業(yè)中專(zhuān)是一所典型的縣域規(guī)模型中職,近年來(lái),為了應(yīng)對(duì)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)張,提升學(xué)校內(nèi)涵,祁陽(yáng)縣職業(yè)中專(zhuān)對(duì)教學(xué)及其管理改革進(jìn)行新一輪的探索,如對(duì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確定位,建立工學(xué)結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式,推進(jìn)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐性教學(xué)的組織與管理,推行和完善學(xué)分制,建立校內(nèi)教學(xué)質(zhì)量保證體系等。祁陽(yáng)縣職業(yè)中專(zhuān)的教學(xué)改革是一種整體性綜合性的改革,取得了一定成效,教學(xué)管理效能得到的保證和提升。它的部分改革措施具有一定的借鑒意義。中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,使得其教學(xué)管理改革成為了一個(gè)重要的教育研究課題。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational schools are the main force to carry out vocational education. In recent years, scale secondary vocational schools have begun to rise in various places. The teaching affairs of the scale-based secondary vocational school will become more complicated. Teaching management is a kind of management behavior aimed at teaching activity itself. It is the basis of normal operation of teaching activities and an important guarantee to improve teaching quality. The basic connotation of efficiency refers to the degree of achievement of goals and tasks. Efficiency is the basic pursuit of secondary vocational school teaching management. Qiyang vocational secondary school is a typical county scale vocational school. In recent years, in order to cope with the expansion of scale and enhance the connotation of the school, Qiyang vocational secondary vocational school has carried out a new round of exploration on teaching and management reform. Such as the accurate orientation of the development goal, the establishment of the talent training mode of combining work and study, the promotion of the construction of the teaching staff, the strengthening of the organization and management of practical teaching, the promotion and improvement of the credit system, the establishment of the teaching quality assurance system in the school, etc. The teaching reform of vocational secondary school in Qiyang County is a comprehensive reform, which has achieved certain results and guaranteed and promoted the efficiency of teaching management. Some of its reform measures have certain reference significance. With the development of secondary vocational education, the reform of teaching management has become an important subject of educational research.
