中外現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理政策比較研究——企業(yè)責(zé)任與作用

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,加強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育與勞動(dòng)力市場的聯(lián)系,增強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育的吸引力是國際職業(yè)教育政策治理的一個(gè)主要特點(diǎn),規(guī)定企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任尤其是對職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展責(zé)任是增強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育吸引力的主要舉措。文章通過比較分析德國、美國、英國、瑞士、臺(tái)灣等國家和地區(qū)以及有關(guān)國際組織的職業(yè)教育政策中有關(guān)企業(yè)責(zé)任和作用的治理策略,總結(jié)其有益的政策治理經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出我國職業(yè)教育政策治理中企業(yè)主體責(zé)任體現(xiàn)的途徑和方式,以應(yīng)對職業(yè)教育的變革與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, strengthening the relationship between vocational education and the labor market and enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education are a major feature of the governance of international vocational education policies. The regulation of corporate social responsibility, especially the responsibility for the development of vocational education, is the main measure to enhance the attraction of vocational education. By comparing and analyzing the corporate responsibility and role governance strategies in the vocational education policies of Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Taiwan and other countries and relevant international organizations, this paper summarizes its beneficial policy governance experience. In order to deal with the change and development of vocational education, this paper puts forward the ways and means of reflecting the main responsibility of enterprises in the management of vocational education policy in our country.
