【摘要】：企業(yè)提前終止校企合作導(dǎo)致"一次性"校企合作大量存在。以4家提前終止校企合作的企業(yè)為分析樣本,采用案例研究法,識別出合作成本高、學(xué)生難以管理、單位負(fù)責(zé)人變更、企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)變化、企業(yè)的需求得不到滿足和無法共享學(xué)校資源等6個(gè)方面導(dǎo)致企業(yè)提前終止合作的關(guān)鍵影響因素,分析認(rèn)為這些關(guān)鍵因素非校企之間的本質(zhì)性沖突,是可控的、也是相互影響的,由此提出避免企業(yè)提前終止校企合作的建議:提升學(xué)校的服務(wù)能力;分擔(dān)彌補(bǔ)企業(yè)的合作成本;加強(qiáng)校企溝通;強(qiáng)化協(xié)議的約束力。
[Abstract]:Early termination of cooperation between schools and enterprises leads to a large number of "one-off" cooperation between schools and enterprises. Taking four enterprises that have terminated their cooperation with schools and enterprises in advance as analysis samples and adopting the case study method, it is recognized that the cooperation costs are high, the students are difficult to manage, the persons in charge of the units change, and the business changes of the enterprises. The key factors that cause the enterprises to terminate their cooperation in advance in 6 aspects, such as the unsatisfied demand of enterprises and the inability to share school resources, are analyzed and concluded that the essential conflict between these key factors is controllable, and it also affects each other. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward to avoid the early termination of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise: to enhance the service ability of the school; Share the cooperation cost of the enterprise; strengthen the communication between the school and the enterprise; strengthen the binding force of the agreement.
