【摘要】：文章分析了當(dāng)前京津冀職業(yè)教育協(xié)同合作存在的主要問題,包括三地不同的職業(yè)教育訴求、人才需求變化對(duì)職業(yè)教育協(xié)同帶來的新挑戰(zhàn),教育資源不均衡,教師隊(duì)伍流動(dòng)不通暢等。同時(shí),為推動(dòng)建立京津冀職業(yè)教育協(xié)同合作機(jī)制,提出建立教育主管部門統(tǒng)籌協(xié)同機(jī)制、成立職業(yè)教育發(fā)展協(xié)同發(fā)展調(diào)查組、加強(qiáng)職教研究協(xié)同合作、創(chuàng)新教師流動(dòng)機(jī)制等建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the cooperation of vocational education between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, including the different demands of vocational education in the three places, the new challenges brought by the change of talent demand to the coordination of vocational education, and the imbalance of educational resources. The flow of teachers was not smooth. At the same time, in order to promote the establishment of the cooperative cooperation mechanism of vocational education between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it is proposed to establish the coordination mechanism of the competent department of education, to set up the investigation team of cooperative development of vocational education development, and to strengthen the cooperative cooperation of vocational education research. Innovation of teacher mobility mechanism and other suggestions.
