【摘要】：高職教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,以職業(yè)能力為本位,把學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、精深專業(yè)技能和良好職業(yè)道德的應(yīng)用型、技能型人才。就目前的現(xiàn)狀看來,高職畢業(yè)生的實(shí)踐能力、職業(yè)技術(shù)技能以及職業(yè)綜合素質(zhì),都與當(dāng)前社會(huì)、企業(yè)的需求存在一定差距。由此看來,目前的課程的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)方法需要進(jìn)一步的研究、發(fā)展,與社會(huì)需求和高職培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)相匹配。針對當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合高職人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),本文提出了基于工作過程進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目化教學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)。筆者從梳理國內(nèi)外專家關(guān)于項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),闡述了項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)、構(gòu)成要素以及理論基礎(chǔ)等內(nèi)容。而后緊密結(jié)合工作過程,對項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)在高職《網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計(jì)與制作》課程中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了全面分析,主要包括教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)過程和教學(xué)評價(jià)三個(gè)方面。最后,在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實(shí)際的教學(xué)情況,描述了在C學(xué)院《網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計(jì)與制作》課程中開展的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,包括實(shí)踐后的總結(jié)與反思。研究結(jié)果表明：基于工作過程的項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)能夠有效的激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)生動(dòng)機(jī)和學(xué)習(xí)積極性。學(xué)生分組協(xié)作共同探究、解決問題,完成基于工作過程的項(xiàng)目任務(wù),在實(shí)踐能力、職業(yè)技術(shù)能力和職業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)方面都得到了顯著的提升,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生崗位能力的發(fā)展。基于工作過程的項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)符合高職教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和企業(yè)實(shí)際需求,值得進(jìn)一步研究和推廣。
[Abstract]:The training goal of higher vocational education is to take employment as the guidance and vocational ability as the standard to cultivate students into practical and skilled talents with innovative consciousness, deep professional skills and good professional ethics. As far as the present situation is concerned, there is a certain gap between the practical ability, the vocational and technical skills and the comprehensive quality of the vocational college graduates and the needs of the current society and enterprises. In view of this, the current teaching design and teaching methods of the curriculum need further research, development, matching with the social needs and higher vocational training objectives. In view of the present situation and the goal of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of project teaching based on working process. Starting from combing the current situation of project learning research by experts at home and abroad, the author expounds the connotation, characteristics, elements and theoretical basis of project learning. Then the application of project learning in the course of web design and making in higher vocational education is analyzed, which includes three aspects: teaching content, teaching process and teaching evaluation. Finally, on the basis of theoretical research, combined with the actual teaching situation, this paper describes the application practice in the course of "Web Design and production" in C College, including the summary and reflection after practice. The results show that project learning based on work process can effectively stimulate students' motivation and learning enthusiasm. The group cooperation of students to explore, solve problems, complete the project tasks based on the work process, in the practical ability, vocational and technical ability and professional comprehensive quality have been significantly improved, thus promoting the development of students' post ability. The project learning based on working process accords with the training goal of higher vocational education and the actual demand of enterprises, so it is worthy of further study and popularization.
