【摘要】：正作為與經(jīng)濟社會聯(lián)系最為緊密的教育類型,可以說,"開門辦學(xué)"是職業(yè)院校的生存法則,也是職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)優(yōu)勢。然而,一些學(xué)校因"開門辦學(xué)"而展現(xiàn)出勃勃生機之時,更多習(xí)慣了關(guān)起門來辦學(xué)的職業(yè)學(xué)校卻難以突破窄窄的校園圍墻。開門辦學(xué),不僅僅需要勇氣,更需要教育理念上的創(chuàng)新。在國家大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育戰(zhàn)略下,要培養(yǎng)出萬千適應(yīng)國家經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級需要的高技能人才,需要職業(yè)學(xué)校"開門辦學(xué)",一方面要"走出去",主動與產(chǎn)業(yè)對接、與企業(yè)對話;另一方面要"請進來",讓社會生產(chǎn)盡可能靠近課堂。在職業(yè)教育起起伏伏的歷程中,職教要"開門辦學(xué)"已是真理。
[Abstract]:As the most closely related type of education with economy and society, it can be said that "open door running school" is the survival rule of vocational colleges and universities, and it is also the advantage of vocational education. However, when some schools are showing vitality because of "open doors", more vocational schools, which are used to running schools with their doors closed, can hardly break through the narrow campus walls. Open-door school, not only need courage, but also need innovation in educational ideas. Under the national strategy of developing vocational education, in order to train thousands of highly skilled talents to meet the needs of national economic transformation and industrial upgrading, vocational schools are required to "open doors and run schools". On the one hand, they must "go out" and actively connect with industry. Dialogue with enterprises; On the other hand, please come in so that social production is as close to the classroom as possible. In the course of the ups and downs of vocational education, it is true that vocational education should open the door.
