【摘要】：目前我國(guó)高職教育進(jìn)入了一個(gè)快速發(fā)展階段,但是高職院校育人模式仍然存在培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量不高、綜合素質(zhì)偏低等諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。廣州南洋理工職業(yè)學(xué)院創(chuàng)新性地提出"軍魂育人、軍魂管理"育人模式,對(duì)隊(duì)員進(jìn)行政治、文化、軍事、管理四大素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),實(shí)施學(xué)生自主軍訓(xùn),對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行國(guó)防教育,踐行中國(guó)夢(mèng)、強(qiáng)軍夢(mèng),促進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的發(fā)展,構(gòu)建平安和諧的校園文化等,較好地解決了高職院校育人培養(yǎng)存在的一些問(wèn)題,并取得了顯著的標(biāo)志性成果。
