中等職業(yè)學(xué)校兼職教師管理研究

【摘要】:改革開放30年以來,我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,已經(jīng)占據(jù)了高中階段教育的半壁江山,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了普通高中和中等職業(yè)教育的規(guī)模大體相當(dāng)?shù)陌l(fā)展目標(biāo)。在教育規(guī)模取得不斷可喜成績(jī)的同時(shí),也應(yīng)注重教育質(zhì)量的提高,因?yàn)橐?guī)模和質(zhì)量是衡量教育發(fā)展的兩個(gè)重要指標(biāo),只有數(shù)量和質(zhì)量共同發(fā)展才能促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。提高中等職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)質(zhì)量是當(dāng)前質(zhì)量建設(shè)的核心和關(guān)鍵,而教師又是其中非常關(guān)鍵的因素。面對(duì)師資結(jié)構(gòu)有欠合理、教師實(shí)踐能力不強(qiáng)、“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)體系不夠完善等內(nèi)部不足的現(xiàn)狀,外部的師資補(bǔ)充就顯得尤為重要,兼職教師的重要地位就突顯出來。對(duì)兼職教師的管理也成為教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)所要解決的另一個(gè)難題。本文針對(duì)兼職教師的特點(diǎn),試圖探討出一系列管理措施,完善兼職教師的管理。 本文共四章。第一章是概述,著重論述問題的提出、研究意義、研究方法、國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀和中等職業(yè)學(xué)校兼職教師內(nèi)涵和形成背景。第二章是相關(guān)的管理理論。第三章是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校兼職教師的管理現(xiàn)狀,從數(shù)量等五個(gè)方面展示了兼職教師隊(duì)伍發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,從七個(gè)方面論述了兼職教師管理的不足。第四章是整篇論文的重要章節(jié)。從政府、企業(yè)和學(xué)校三個(gè)方面對(duì)兼職教師管理中出現(xiàn)的問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。 中等職業(yè)學(xué)校兼職教師是對(duì)教師隊(duì)伍不足的重要補(bǔ)充,,合理有效的對(duì)其進(jìn)行管理能促使兼職教師作用最大程度的發(fā)揮,促進(jìn)“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍的完善,促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文對(duì)如何建立起一支師德高尚、業(yè)務(wù)精良、技術(shù)過硬、結(jié)構(gòu)合理和相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校兼職教師隊(duì)伍有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, China's secondary vocational education has developed by leaps and bounds, and its scale has been continuously expanded. It has already occupied half of the senior middle school education. Has basically realized the general high school and the secondary vocational education scale roughly the same development goal. While the scale of education has made continuous gratifying achievements, attention should also be paid to the improvement of the quality of education, because scale and quality are two important indicators for measuring the development of education. Only quantity and quality develop together can promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education. To improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational education is the core and key of the current quality construction, and the teacher is one of the key factors. In the face of the unreasonable structure of teachers, the weak practical ability of teachers and the imperfect training system of "double qualified" teachers, the external supplement of teachers is particularly important, and the important position of part-time teachers is highlighted. The management of part-time teachers has also become another difficult problem to be solved in the construction of teachers. According to the characteristics of part-time teachers, this paper attempts to explore a series of management measures to improve the management of part-time teachers. There are four chapters in this paper. The first chapter is an overview, focusing on the questions raised, research significance, research methods, the current situation at home and abroad and secondary vocational school part-time teachers connotation and formation background. The second chapter is the related management theory. The third chapter is the management status of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools. It shows the development of part-time teachers from five aspects such as quantity, and discusses the deficiencies of part-time teachers management from seven aspects. The fourth chapter is the important chapter of the whole thesis. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems in the management of part-time teachers from three aspects: government, enterprise and school. Part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools are an important supplement to the shortage of teachers. Reasonable and effective management of part-time teachers can promote the maximum role of part-time teachers and promote the improvement of "double-qualified" teachers. To promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education. This paper is of great significance to the establishment of a contingent of part-time teachers of secondary vocational schools with noble ethics, excellent business, excellent technology, reasonable structure and relatively stable structure.
