臺灣高等技職教育產(chǎn)學合作研究

【摘要】:我國臺灣地區(qū)通過官、產(chǎn)、學三方的通力合作在六十多年的時間里成功地構(gòu)建了一套完整的產(chǎn)學合作模式。臺灣高等技職教育產(chǎn)學合作在因應產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及勞動力市場需求上占有絕對的優(yōu)勢地位,在世界職業(yè)教育體系內(nèi)樹立了典范。本論文以臺灣高等技職教育產(chǎn)學合作為研究對象,從縱向角度對其發(fā)展歷程、突出特色、存在的問題及原因進行分析,,總結(jié)其成功經(jīng)驗,為大陸高職產(chǎn)學合作的完善提供一些可供參考的建議。 本文主要采用文獻研究法、歷史分析法、比較分析法三種主要研究方法。首先,文章對國內(nèi)外學者在臺灣高等技職教育產(chǎn)學合作研究中取得的成果進行了歸納總結(jié)。本人在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上進一步強調(diào)學校與企業(yè)在產(chǎn)學合作過程中的互動。其次,文章以臺灣地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、高等技職教育發(fā)展為背景,來分析臺灣高職產(chǎn)學合作的整個形成與演變過程。本文分三個階段介紹了此過程。臺灣高等技職教育產(chǎn)學合作在因應經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級過程中做出了不可磨滅的貢獻,但在知識經(jīng)濟社會中又面臨著一些新的挑戰(zhàn)。再次,對臺灣高職產(chǎn)學合作具體策略、措施及未來發(fā)展趨勢進行了研究,分析了幾個具有代表性的專案計劃。最后對臺灣地區(qū)高職教育產(chǎn)學合作的特色進行了歸納。通過全文的分析研究,借鑒臺灣高等技職教育產(chǎn)學合作的成功經(jīng)驗對大陸高等技職教育產(chǎn)學合作過程中存在的培養(yǎng)目標問題、師資問題、組織設(shè)置問題、產(chǎn)學合作項目評鑒機制改善問題提出了一些可供參考的建議。增進大陸對臺灣高等技職教育產(chǎn)學合作的了解,促進兩岸高等技職教育的交流。
[Abstract]:In more than 60 years, Taiwan has successfully constructed a complete cooperation model of production and learning through the cooperation of officials, property and students. The cooperation of higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan occupies an absolute dominant position in response to the industrial development and the demand of the labor market, and has set an example in the world vocational education system. This thesis takes Taiwan higher technical and vocational education cooperation as the research object, analyzes its development course, outstanding characteristics, existing problems and reasons from the vertical angle, and summarizes its successful experience. This paper provides some suggestions for the improvement of higher vocational education cooperation in mainland China. This paper mainly adopts the literature research method, the historical analysis method, the comparative analysis method three main research methods. First of all, this paper summarizes the achievements made by domestic and foreign scholars in the research of higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan. On the basis of previous studies, I further emphasize the interaction between schools and enterprises in the process of industrial and academic cooperation. Secondly, based on the economic development of Taiwan region and the development of higher technical and vocational education, this paper analyzes the whole formation and evolution process of Taiwan's higher vocational education cooperation. This paper introduces this process in three stages. The cooperation of higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan has made an indelible contribution to the process of economic development and industrial upgrading, but it is facing some new challenges in the society of knowledge economy. Thirdly, this paper studies the specific strategies, measures and future development trends of higher vocational education cooperation in Taiwan, and analyzes several representative project plans. Finally, the characteristics of higher vocational education cooperation in Taiwan are summarized. Through the analysis and study of the full text, using the successful experience of higher technical and vocational education cooperation in Taiwan for reference, the problems of training goal, teachers, organization and setting up in the course of the cooperation between industry and school in higher technical and vocational education in mainland China are discussed. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the evaluation mechanism of industrial and academic cooperation projects. To enhance the mainland's understanding of Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education cooperation and to promote cross-strait exchanges of higher technical and vocational education.
