【摘要】：高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式是現(xiàn)階段研究的熱點問題之一,其中專門針對交通高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究相對較少。目前,我國交通運輸行業(yè)正處于一個蓬勃發(fā)展的時期,對交通運輸類人才的需要不但從數(shù)量而且從質(zhì)量都有了新的要求,因此,探索并研究特色鮮明的交通高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式具有重要的意義。 本文通過查閱文獻(xiàn)資料、比較分析各種人才培養(yǎng)模式,在大量社會調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,主要完成了以下研究內(nèi)容： 首先,對國內(nèi)外高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料進行了研究,分析了高職教育人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,提出了有關(guān)高職教育培養(yǎng)模式研究文獻(xiàn)中的不足,尤其是交通高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式研究的不足,從而明確了本文的研究意義。 其次,對人才培養(yǎng)模式研究中有關(guān)概念進行了界定,在充分研究交通高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,從人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)成要素的各個方面,指出了交通高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式存在的不足。 再次,通過借鑒國外高職教育關(guān)于人才培養(yǎng)模式的成功經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合國內(nèi)交通高職教育發(fā)展趨勢,對交通高職教育的人才培養(yǎng)進行了定位,提出了“校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合”人才培養(yǎng)模式,并分析了這種模式在交通高職教育中的適用性。 最后,結(jié)合交通高職教育發(fā)展的趨勢,從培養(yǎng)高技能型人才,以市場為依據(jù)設(shè)置專業(yè),開發(fā)寬基礎(chǔ)、活模塊的課程體系五方面的內(nèi)容對交通高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的內(nèi)容進行了創(chuàng)新分析,提出了實施交通高職教育“校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合”人才培養(yǎng)模式的保障措施,即：政府調(diào)控、院校主體、企業(yè)參與、市場驅(qū)動。
[Abstract]:The training mode of talents in higher vocational education is one of the hot issues in the present stage, among which the research on the training mode of talents in traffic higher vocational education is relatively few. At present, the transportation industry of our country is in a period of vigorous development. The demand for transportation talents is not only from quantity but also from quality. It is of great significance to explore and study the personnel training mode of transportation higher vocational education with distinctive characteristics. Based on a large number of social investigation and research, this paper has completed the following research contents: first of all, This paper makes a study on the literature about the training mode of talents in higher vocational education at home and abroad, analyzes on the present situation of the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education, and points out the deficiency of the research literature on the training mode of higher vocational education. In particular, the lack of research on the mode of personnel training in higher vocational education in traffic makes clear the research significance of this paper. Secondly, it defines the related concepts in the study of personnel training mode, and on the basis of fully studying the present situation of personnel training mode in higher vocational education, from the aspects of the elements of talent training mode, This paper points out the deficiency of personnel training mode in communication higher vocational education. Thirdly, by drawing lessons from the successful experience of foreign higher vocational education on talent training mode and combining the development trend of domestic transportation higher vocational education, this paper puts forward the "school-enterprise cooperation". This paper analyzes the applicability of this model in the higher vocational education of transportation. Finally, according to the trend of the development of transportation higher vocational education, from the cultivation of highly skilled talents, the establishment of specialty based on the market, and the development of a broad base, The contents of the curriculum system of the living module in five aspects have carried on the innovation analysis to the content of the personnel training mode of the transportation higher vocational education, and put forward the safeguard measures of carrying out the "cooperation between the school and the enterprise, combining the work with the study", the talent training mode of the traffic higher vocational education. Namely: government regulation, university main body, enterprise participation, market drive.
