廣西中職學校組織效能研究

【摘要】:由于充滿競爭的市場經濟的發(fā)展和完善,職業(yè)教育在有了進一步發(fā)展的情況下,但還面臨更多的問題,尤其是學校管理方面的諸多問題,學校組織效能的問題就是一個關鍵的問題,F(xiàn)代市場經濟的發(fā)展對職業(yè)教育有了新的要求,,要求職業(yè)教育既要適應市場的發(fā)展同時也要求利益最大化。中的職業(yè)教育是一種面向市場的教育,其培養(yǎng)的人才要始終與市場保持同步,所以要發(fā)展市場經濟,中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展就不可忽視,發(fā)展中職教育,對學校組織效能的研究也就是必然。 廣西作為中國西南的沿海城市,和東盟貿易區(qū)和北部灣經濟區(qū)的建立,是廣西區(qū)位優(yōu)勢明顯。中央明確將廣西建設為中國沿海經濟發(fā)展的新一級,國際區(qū)域經濟合作新高地,廣西已經入產業(yè)結構戰(zhàn)略性調整時期,這需要大量的人才支撐作為后盾。在這種大環(huán)境下,中等職業(yè)學校的發(fā)展就備受關注,但學校組織運行效能低下遠遠不能滿足現(xiàn)代學校的需求,如何能提高學校組織的效能頓時成為大家關注的焦點之一。在此種情況下,本文章通過訪談法和問卷調查的研究方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)學校組織效能不能滿足學校的需求、不能適應現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,主要得出得出學校的組織結構設置不合理、學校組織管理制度不科學、學校沒有自己特有的組織文化、學校領導的管理理念較落后、學校教師隊伍結構不合理和學校人員問題等幾方面的現(xiàn)象。本文從組織結構、學校管理制度、人員因素和組織文化的角度對影響中職學校組織效能的因素進行了分析。最后,本文在以上分析和韋伯的科層理論以及巴納德系統(tǒng)組織理論基礎上得出了如何能提高學校組織效能的策略,分別從學校組織結構、學校人員、學校領導者管理的理念、學校管理制度的角度和學校組織文化等角度出發(fā)得出策略。
[Abstract]:As a result of the development and perfection of the competitive market economy, vocational education is facing more problems, especially in the area of school management. The problem of school organizational effectiveness is a key issue. The development of modern market economy has new requirements for vocational education, which requires vocational education to adapt to the development of the market and to maximize the benefits. The vocational education in China is a kind of market-oriented education, and the talents it trains must always keep pace with the market. Therefore, if we want to develop the market economy, the development of secondary vocational education should not be ignored, and the secondary vocational education should be developed. The study of school organizational effectiveness is inevitable. Guangxi, as a coastal city in southwest China, and the establishment of ASEAN Trade area and Beibu Gulf Economic Zone are the obvious regional advantages of Guangxi. The central authorities have clearly established Guangxi as a new level of economic development along the coast of China and a new highland for international regional economic cooperation. Guangxi has entered the period of strategic adjustment of industrial structure, which requires a large number of talents to support it. In this environment, the development of secondary vocational schools has attracted much attention, but the low operational efficiency of school organizations is far from meeting the needs of modern schools. How to improve the efficiency of school organizations has become one of the focus of attention. In this case, the author finds that the organizational effectiveness of vocational schools can not meet the needs of schools and can not adapt to the development of modern vocational education through interviews and questionnaires. The main conclusions are that the organizational structure of the school is not reasonable, the school organization and management system is not scientific, the school does not have its own unique organizational culture, and the management concept of the school leadership is relatively backward. The unreasonable structure of school teachers and the problems of school staff. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the organizational effectiveness of secondary vocational schools from the perspectives of organizational structure, school management system, personnel factors and organizational culture. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, Weber's hierarchy theory and Barnard system organization theory, this paper draws the strategies of how to improve the efficiency of the school organization, respectively from the school organizational structure, school staff, school leaders management concept, From the angle of school management system and school organization culture, the author draws the strategy.
