中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策
[Abstract]:With the consistent attention of the Party Central Committee and the educational administrative departments at all levels, secondary vocational education has developed rapidly, and the moral education work in secondary vocational schools tends to be standardized, systematic, scientific, and has accumulated a lot of good experience in its work. Some achievements have been made. In particular, since 2004, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued "some opinions on further strengthening and improving the ideological and moral Construction of minors" and the "outline of moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools" promulgated by the Ministry of Education in October 2004. These documents have become an important program and action guide for regulating and guiding moral education in secondary vocational schools. At the same time, we should also see that in the face of the rapidly changing social reality, moral education in secondary vocational schools still has some unsuitable places, there are many weak links, and the moral education work as a whole is faced with difficulties such as poor effectiveness and so on. The moral education in many secondary vocational schools has some problems, such as backward concept, outmoded content, single method, imperfect system and lack of professionalism in team building. If the practical effect of moral education in secondary vocational middle schools cannot be improved and the students in secondary vocational schools can not be taught according to their aptitude, the correct ideological and political guidance to them will directly damage the goal of talent training in vocational middle schools. More harmful to the physical and mental health of secondary vocational students, comprehensive development and growth. Therefore, how to give full play to students' main position in moral education and enhance the actual effect of moral education is a subject to be solved in front of moral education workers in secondary vocational schools. The purpose of this paper is to study the present situation and existing problems of moral education for students in secondary vocational schools, and to analyze the causes, and to explore the ways and countermeasures for the innovation of moral education in secondary vocational schools. Based on the practical experience in the first line of moral education in secondary vocational schools, this paper makes a comprehensive summary of the moral education in secondary vocational schools. This paper seriously analyzes the new challenges and a series of problems in moral education in secondary vocational schools under the new situation, and makes a detailed analysis on the problems and reasons in moral education. On this basis, the author puts forward some practical countermeasures on how to improve the moral education in secondary vocational schools, aiming at improving and innovating the moral education in secondary vocational schools, enhancing the pertinence, timeliness and attractiveness of moral education. We will effectively help secondary vocational students to develop in a healthy and comprehensive manner. The article is divided into five parts from the structure: the first part is the introduction, briefly introduces the research background, the realistic significance and the research method, as well as the innovation of the article. The second part introduces the current situation and development of secondary vocational education in China. The third part focuses on the moral education in secondary vocational schools and related theoretical issues. In the fourth part, the problems of moral education in secondary vocational schools are described from subjective and objective aspects, and the causes are analyzed deeply. The fifth part focuses on how to take measures to strengthen and improve the moral education in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward a set of targeted countermeasures, which is the focus of this paper. From setting up the idea of moral education based on people, scientific evaluation to promote the all-round development of students, enrich the content of moral education in secondary vocational school, improve and strengthen the teaching method of moral education course in secondary vocational school. The author puts forward some new viewpoints in the practice of moral education from five aspects, such as strengthening the construction of moral education team in secondary vocational schools.
