中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策

【摘要】:在黨中央和各級(jí)教育行政部門一貫的高度重視下,中等職業(yè)教育得到了飛速發(fā)展,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的德育工作趨于規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化、科學(xué)化,工作中積累了很多好的經(jīng)驗(yàn),取得了一定的成效。特別是自2004年以來(lái),黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)未成年人思想道德建設(shè)的若干意見(jiàn)》和教育部于2004年10月頒布的《中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育大綱》等,這些文件已經(jīng)成為規(guī)范和指導(dǎo)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作的重要綱領(lǐng)和行動(dòng)指南。同時(shí),我們也應(yīng)看到,在急劇變革的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)面前,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的德育工作還有一些不夠適應(yīng)的地方,存在不少薄弱環(huán)節(jié),德育工作整體面臨實(shí)效性差等困境。許多中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的德育工作存在觀念滯后、內(nèi)容陳舊、方法單一、體系不完善、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)缺乏職業(yè)化等問(wèn)題。如果不能切實(shí)提高中等職業(yè)中學(xué)德育工作的實(shí)效,不能針對(duì)中等職業(yè)中學(xué)學(xué)生特點(diǎn)因材施教,對(duì)他們進(jìn)行正確的思想政治引導(dǎo),直接損害了職業(yè)中學(xué)教育的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),更有損中等職業(yè)學(xué)生的身心健康,全面發(fā)展和成長(zhǎng)成才。因此,如何發(fā)揮學(xué)生在德育工作中的主體地位,增強(qiáng)德育工作的實(shí)效,,是擺在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作者面前的一個(gè)有待解決的課題。 本文旨在研究中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生德育教育工作中的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題,并作出原因分析,探索中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作創(chuàng)新的途徑和對(duì)策。文章以中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作第一線的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)為背景,對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的德育工作做了較為全面的概述,認(rèn)真分析了新形勢(shì)下中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)和存在的一系列問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)對(duì)德育工作中存在的問(wèn)題及原因做了詳細(xì)分析,以此為基礎(chǔ)就如何改進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的德育工作提出了一些具有實(shí)踐性價(jià)值的對(duì)策,目的在于改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的德育工作,增強(qiáng)德育工作的針對(duì)性、時(shí)效性和吸引力,切實(shí)幫助中等職業(yè)學(xué)生全面健康發(fā)展。 文章從結(jié)構(gòu)上分為五部分:第一部分為緒論,簡(jiǎn)要介紹文章的研究背景、現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和研究方法,以及文章的創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分,對(duì)我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育作出概述,介紹了中等職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展。第三部分,著重對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作以及相關(guān)理論問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。第四部分,對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作存在的問(wèn)題從主觀和客觀兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了陳述,并對(duì)此產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了深入的分析。第五部分,重點(diǎn)就如何采取措施加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的德育工作,提出了一整套具有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策方法,這是本文的重點(diǎn)。從樹(shù)立以人為本的德育教育理念、科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展、豐富中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作的內(nèi)容、改進(jìn)和加強(qiáng)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育課程教學(xué)方法、加強(qiáng)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等五個(gè)方面提出了一些筆者在德育工作實(shí)踐中感悟出的新觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the consistent attention of the Party Central Committee and the educational administrative departments at all levels, secondary vocational education has developed rapidly, and the moral education work in secondary vocational schools tends to be standardized, systematic, scientific, and has accumulated a lot of good experience in its work. Some achievements have been made. In particular, since 2004, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued "some opinions on further strengthening and improving the ideological and moral Construction of minors" and the "outline of moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools" promulgated by the Ministry of Education in October 2004. These documents have become an important program and action guide for regulating and guiding moral education in secondary vocational schools. At the same time, we should also see that in the face of the rapidly changing social reality, moral education in secondary vocational schools still has some unsuitable places, there are many weak links, and the moral education work as a whole is faced with difficulties such as poor effectiveness and so on. The moral education in many secondary vocational schools has some problems, such as backward concept, outmoded content, single method, imperfect system and lack of professionalism in team building. If the practical effect of moral education in secondary vocational middle schools cannot be improved and the students in secondary vocational schools can not be taught according to their aptitude, the correct ideological and political guidance to them will directly damage the goal of talent training in vocational middle schools. More harmful to the physical and mental health of secondary vocational students, comprehensive development and growth. Therefore, how to give full play to students' main position in moral education and enhance the actual effect of moral education is a subject to be solved in front of moral education workers in secondary vocational schools. The purpose of this paper is to study the present situation and existing problems of moral education for students in secondary vocational schools, and to analyze the causes, and to explore the ways and countermeasures for the innovation of moral education in secondary vocational schools. Based on the practical experience in the first line of moral education in secondary vocational schools, this paper makes a comprehensive summary of the moral education in secondary vocational schools. This paper seriously analyzes the new challenges and a series of problems in moral education in secondary vocational schools under the new situation, and makes a detailed analysis on the problems and reasons in moral education. On this basis, the author puts forward some practical countermeasures on how to improve the moral education in secondary vocational schools, aiming at improving and innovating the moral education in secondary vocational schools, enhancing the pertinence, timeliness and attractiveness of moral education. We will effectively help secondary vocational students to develop in a healthy and comprehensive manner. The article is divided into five parts from the structure: the first part is the introduction, briefly introduces the research background, the realistic significance and the research method, as well as the innovation of the article. The second part introduces the current situation and development of secondary vocational education in China. The third part focuses on the moral education in secondary vocational schools and related theoretical issues. In the fourth part, the problems of moral education in secondary vocational schools are described from subjective and objective aspects, and the causes are analyzed deeply. The fifth part focuses on how to take measures to strengthen and improve the moral education in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward a set of targeted countermeasures, which is the focus of this paper. From setting up the idea of moral education based on people, scientific evaluation to promote the all-round development of students, enrich the content of moral education in secondary vocational school, improve and strengthen the teaching method of moral education course in secondary vocational school. The author puts forward some new viewpoints in the practice of moral education from five aspects, such as strengthening the construction of moral education team in secondary vocational schools.
