【摘要】：目前我國(guó)仍未出臺(tái)規(guī)范校企合作的有關(guān)法律規(guī)章,高職院校和企業(yè)作為校企合作的主體,由于校企合作過(guò)程中雙方權(quán)利義務(wù)缺乏規(guī)范,學(xué)校在與企業(yè)履行合約時(shí)相應(yīng)的合作內(nèi)容無(wú)法兌現(xiàn),主要存在的問(wèn)題有合作定位不明、企業(yè)投入不足、勞動(dòng)關(guān)系模糊、崗位互動(dòng)不深、履行合同不力等。而要解決這些問(wèn)題,提高校企合作的積極性,必須建立完善的權(quán)益保障制度,具體包括建立高校律師顧問(wèn)制度、優(yōu)化政府稅費(fèi)制度、制定專(zhuān)門(mén)的法律法規(guī)等。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still no laws and regulations to standardize the cooperation between schools and enterprises. As the main body of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, the rights and obligations of both sides are lacking in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The corresponding contents of cooperation between the school and the enterprise can not be fulfilled, the main problems are the unclear orientation of the cooperation, the insufficient investment of the enterprise, the vague labor relationship, the deep interaction of the post, the weak performance of the contract and so on. In order to solve these problems and improve the enthusiasm of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, we must establish a perfect system of safeguarding the rights and interests, including the establishment of a lawyer's consultant system in colleges and universities, the optimization of the system of government taxes and fees, and the establishment of special laws and regulations.
