遼寧省中職“教學(xué)名師”專業(yè)發(fā)展的外源性影響因素研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)教育是社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)工程之一,而中等職業(yè)教育能否發(fā)揮其重要作用,關(guān)鍵是要有一支高素質(zhì)、高水平的師資團(tuán)隊(duì)。當(dāng)下,中等職業(yè)教育在發(fā)展過程中存在著諸多制約因素,而師資隊(duì)伍水平不高則成為最主要的制約因素。高素質(zhì)、高水平的中職教師隊(duì)伍不僅僅需要教師們的自身努力,更需要有良好的外部環(huán)境支持。中職“教學(xué)名師”是在理論教學(xué)或?qū)嵺`教學(xué)中有突出成就的教師群體,他們善于學(xué)習(xí),善于協(xié)作互助,關(guān)愛學(xué)生。 中職教師隊(duì)伍水平的提升需要“教學(xué)名師”來引領(lǐng)。那么,將“教學(xué)名師”在專業(yè)發(fā)展過程中重要的外源性影響因素提取出來,為培養(yǎng)更多的“教學(xué)名師”準(zhǔn)備充足的外部條件,使更多的教師成長為“教學(xué)名師”,從整體上帶動整個(gè)中職師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提升整個(gè)師資隊(duì)伍水平則顯得尤為重要。 本研究采用問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法,對獲得“首屆遼寧省職業(yè)院校教學(xué)名師”殊榮的50位“中職教學(xué)名師”專業(yè)發(fā)展的外源性影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,以期探索影響中職教學(xué)名師專業(yè)發(fā)展的外源性影響因素,培養(yǎng)出更多的中職“教學(xué)名師”提供完善的外部環(huán)境支持和保障,從而使眾多想成為“教學(xué)名師”的教師搭建一個(gè)通往名師發(fā)展的平臺與橋梁,帶動整個(gè)中職師資隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步提升我國中職教育的質(zhì)量。 本研究以教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論為理論指導(dǎo),通過對名師們的成長材料的整理分析以及通過問卷調(diào)查及訪談的方式獲得“教學(xué)名師”們的成長經(jīng)歷及他們成長的重要外源性影響因素。 本研究包括五部分:第一部分:緒論,包括問題的提出,研究的意義,文獻(xiàn)綜述,概念界定等;第二部分:關(guān)于遼寧省中職“教學(xué)名師”基本情況的介紹,對50位“教學(xué)名師”所在的地區(qū)、性別、年齡、職稱等情況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;第三部分:關(guān)于遼寧省中職“教學(xué)名師”專業(yè)發(fā)展的外源性影響因素調(diào)查結(jié)果;第四部分:關(guān)于遼寧省中職“教學(xué)名師”專業(yè)發(fā)展的外源性影響因素調(diào)查結(jié)果的討論:第五部分:關(guān)于構(gòu)建中職教師成長為“教學(xué)名師”的外部環(huán)境的建議,包括中等職業(yè)學(xué)校要為處于不同發(fā)展階段的教師提供相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)等。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is one of the basic projects of social and economic development, and whether secondary vocational education can play an important role is to have a high quality and high level teaching staff. At present, there are many restrictive factors in the development of secondary vocational education, and the low level of teachers is the most important factor. High-quality, high-level secondary vocational teachers need not only their own efforts, but also the good external environment. The "famous teacher" in secondary vocational school is a group of teachers who have outstanding achievements in theory teaching or practical teaching. They are good at learning, good at cooperation and mutual help, caring for students. In order to improve the level of teachers in secondary vocational schools, it is necessary to lead by famous teachers. In that case, we can extract the important exogenous influencing factors in the process of professional development, prepare sufficient external conditions for training more "famous teachers", and make more teachers grow into "famous teachers of teaching". As a whole, it is very important to promote the construction of the teaching staff and improve the level of the teaching staff. In this study, the questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate and study the exogenous factors affecting the professional development of 50 "famous teachers in vocational colleges of Liaoning province" who won the award of "teaching famous teachers in the first vocational colleges of Liaoning province". In order to explore the external factors that affect the professional development of the famous teachers in secondary vocational schools, and cultivate more "famous teachers" in secondary vocational schools to provide perfect external environment support and protection. So that many teachers who want to become "famous teachers" build a platform and bridge to the development of famous teachers, promote the development of the whole secondary vocational teachers team, and further improve the quality of secondary vocational education in China. This study is guided by the theory of teacher professional development. Through the analysis of the growing materials of the famous teachers and the way of questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper obtains the growth experience of the "famous teachers" and the important exogenous factors influencing their growth. This research includes five parts: the first part: the introduction, including the question raising, the significance of the research, the literature review, the concept definition and so on; the second part: about the Liaoning Province secondary vocational school "teaching famous teacher" the basic situation introduction, the second part: about the Liaoning Province secondary vocational school "teaching famous teacher" the basic situation introduction, This paper makes a statistical analysis on the area, gender, age, professional title of 50 "famous teaching teachers" in Liaoning Province. Part three: the results of investigation on the exogenous factors affecting the professional development of "famous teaching teachers" in secondary vocational schools in Liaoning Province; The fourth part: the discussion on the investigation results of the exogenous factors influencing the professional development of the "famous teachers of teaching" in Liaoning Province: part five: suggestions on the construction of the external environment for the teachers of secondary vocational schools to grow into "famous teachers of teaching". Including secondary vocational schools to provide teachers at different stages of development to provide corresponding training and so on.
