【摘要】：大學(xué)生是祖國未來發(fā)展的希望和棟梁,是保證我國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長的后備力量。隨著我國高校的大規(guī)模擴招和就業(yè)制度的深化改革,大學(xué)生面臨的就業(yè)壓力逐步增大,就業(yè)難的問題日益突出。在嚴峻的就業(yè)形勢下,高校對大學(xué)生普遍開展了職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃指導(dǎo),在大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)過程中,以思想政治教育為抓手,幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的擇業(yè)觀、價值觀顯得尤為重要。 職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與思想政治教育相輔相成,兩者缺一不可。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃注重大學(xué)生的職業(yè)規(guī)劃以及實施的具體步驟,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃可以明確大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的方向,提高學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和熱忱,了解自己感興趣職業(yè)的就業(yè)形勢、工資待遇等,在職業(yè)規(guī)劃過程中加強對大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,有利于引導(dǎo)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生正確理解國家的就業(yè)方針、政策,正確認識和對待就業(yè)制度改革中出現(xiàn)的新情況、新問題,自覺調(diào)整就業(yè)期望,以國家政策為導(dǎo)向,不斷完善自己,實現(xiàn)順利就業(yè)。思想政治教育注重于大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,其目的是保證大學(xué)生緊跟黨走,切合實際,不偏離正確的人生路線。將豐富、生動的思想政治教育與大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃有機結(jié)合起來大,有利于幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀、擇業(yè)觀,有利于幫助大學(xué)生正確認識和評價自我,并能幫助大學(xué)生增強主體意識,在一定程度上使思想政治教育落到實處,同時實現(xiàn)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)人才的目標(biāo)。 本文以高職院校大學(xué)生為研究對象,研究分析高職院校大學(xué)生在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃過程遇到的問題,探討高職院校大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵和兩者之間的關(guān)系,提出以思想政治教育為切入點,幫助大學(xué)生樹立科學(xué)、合理的擇業(yè)觀和就業(yè)觀,并重視職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的設(shè)計和就業(yè)心理咨詢,加強大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),增強學(xué)生社會適應(yīng)力。同時通過強化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理機制、加強學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、重視職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃隊伍的建設(shè)和構(gòu)建科學(xué)的評估體系,建立大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃過程中思想政治教育的長效機制,從職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和思想政治教育兩個方面有助于大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的實際問題解決。
[Abstract]:College students are the hope and pillar of the future development of the motherland and the reserve force to ensure the sustained and stable growth of our economy. With the large-scale enrollment expansion and the deepening reform of the employment system, the employment pressure faced by college students is gradually increasing, and the problem of employment difficulties is becoming increasingly prominent. Under the severe employment situation, colleges and universities generally carry out career planning guidance for college students. In the process of guiding college students' career planning, ideological and political education is taken as the starting point to help college students set up a correct view of career choice. Values are particularly important. Career planning and ideological and political education complement each other. Career planning focuses on the career planning of college students and the concrete steps of their implementation. Career planning can make clear the direction of college students' study, enhance their interest and enthusiasm in learning, understand the employment situation of their interested occupations, pay and so on. Strengthening ideological and political education for college students in the process of career planning is conducive to guiding college graduates to correctly understand the national employment policies and policies, and correctly understand and deal with the new situations and problems arising in the reform of the employment system. Self-conscious adjustment of employment expectations, national policy-oriented, constantly improve themselves to achieve smooth employment. Ideological and political education focuses on the ideological and political education of college students, the purpose of which is to ensure that the college students follow the Party closely, be realistic and do not deviate from the correct way of life. Combining rich and vivid ideological and political education with college students' career planning is conducive to helping college students to establish a correct outlook on life, values, employment, and help college students to correctly understand and evaluate themselves. It can help college students to strengthen their consciousness of subject, to a certain extent, to carry out ideological and political education, and to realize the goal of cultivating talents in schools at the same time. This article takes the higher vocational college students as the research object, studies and analyzes the problems encountered by the students in the process of career planning, and probes into the connotation and the relationship between the career planning and ideological and political education of the students in higher vocational colleges. It is suggested that ideological and political education should be taken as the starting point to help college students establish a scientific and reasonable outlook on job selection and employment, and pay attention to the design of career planning and psychological consultation on employment, so as to strengthen the cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality. Enhance students' social adaptability. At the same time, through strengthening leadership management mechanism, strengthening students' employment guidance, paying attention to the construction of career planning team and constructing scientific evaluation system, the long-term mechanism of ideological and political education in the process of college students' career planning is established. From two aspects of career planning and ideological and political education, it is helpful to solve the practical problems of college students' employment difficulties.
