社會工作專業(yè)實踐課程教學(xué)模式研究

【摘要】:社會工作專業(yè)實踐課程的教學(xué)應(yīng)當劃分為技能教授和實訓(xùn)練習(xí)兩個環(huán)節(jié),傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式重在以案例分析、情景模擬等方式進行技能的教授和練習(xí)。然而這些方式缺乏與真實社會的聯(lián)結(jié),容易造成學(xué)生課堂學(xué)習(xí)和崗位要求的脫節(jié)。為了更好地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力,促進教學(xué)與就業(yè)的對接,應(yīng)當突出學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中的主體地位,在技能教授環(huán)節(jié)引入體驗學(xué)習(xí)的方式,在實訓(xùn)練習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)引入服務(wù)—學(xué)習(xí)的方式。
[Abstract]:The teaching of the practical course of social work should be divided into two parts: skill teaching and practice. The traditional teaching mode is to teach and practice skills by case analysis and situational simulation. However, the lack of connection with the real society easily leads to the disconnection between students' classroom learning and job requirements. In order to cultivate students' professional ability and promote the connection between teaching and employment, we should emphasize the main position of students in learning, introduce the way of experiential learning in the link of skill teaching, and introduce the way of service-learning in the link of practical training and practice.
