【摘要】：工匠精神的內(nèi)涵在于:精益求精,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),耐心堅(jiān)持,專業(yè)敬業(yè)。職業(yè)教育是以技能為中心的綜合職業(yè)能力的教育,更注重技術(shù)人才的培養(yǎng)。而技術(shù)人才恰恰是工匠精神的最佳傳承者,因此,重拾"工匠精神",是時(shí)代賦予職業(yè)教育的新訴求。世界技能大賽是展示和交流職業(yè)技能的重要平臺(tái),其評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不僅強(qiáng)調(diào)高難度、快速度,更重在制作產(chǎn)品過程中每一步的精度和質(zhì)量,是"工匠精神"的重要體現(xiàn)。文章通過對(duì)世界技能大賽項(xiàng)目的研究,探討參賽學(xué)生訓(xùn)練方案,促進(jìn)職業(yè)院校都能帶著一顆"工匠"之心,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)質(zhì)畢業(yè)生,讓學(xué)生在文化的傳承中獲得技能之外的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和精神。
[Abstract]:Craftsman spirit connotation lies in: excellence, rigorous, patient, professional dedication. Vocational education is a skill-centered comprehensive vocational ability education, paying more attention to the cultivation of technical talents. Technical talents are the best inheritors of craftsman's spirit. The World skill contest is an important platform for displaying and exchanging vocational skills. Its evaluation standard not only emphasizes high difficulty, fast speed, but also emphasizes the precision and quality of every step in the process of making products. It is an important embodiment of "craftsman's spirit". Through the research of the World skill Competition, this paper discusses the training scheme of the participating students, and promotes the vocational colleges and universities to bring with them a "craftsman" heart to train the high quality graduates. To enable students to acquire skills in addition to professional literacy and spirit in the cultural heritage.
