【摘要】：如何確立"卓越技師"培養(yǎng)的目標定位,是我國職業(yè)教育和優(yōu)秀技師人才培養(yǎng)面臨的一大迫切問題。從人才類型的目標取向上看,"卓越技師"培養(yǎng)的是以獲得技師職業(yè)資格為宗旨、擁有"學歷+預備技師"雙證書的高端技能人才,具有高端性、預備性和雙向性三大顯著特征;從學制教育的目標取向上看,"卓越技師"培養(yǎng)應突破傳統(tǒng)"師徒傳帶"的單一性,建立學制化理論教育的支持體系,并需站在構建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的高度,探索涵蓋高職�？啤⒏呗毐究�、碩士、博士等學歷層次的融通機制。
[Abstract]:How to establish the target orientation of "outstanding technician" cultivation is an urgent problem in vocational education and training of outstanding technician in our country. From the point of view of the target orientation of the talent type, "outstanding technician" trains the high-end skilled talents with the aim of obtaining the professional qualification of technician, and has the "diploma preparatory technician" double certificate, which has three remarkable characteristics: high-end, preparatory and bidirectional. From the point of view of the goal orientation of school system education, the cultivation of "outstanding technician" should break through the singularity of traditional "teacher and apprentice transmission band", establish the supporting system of theoretical education of academic system, and should stand at the height of constructing modern vocational education system. Explore including higher vocational colleges, master, doctorate and other academic levels of the mechanism.
