中職師資隊伍、專業(yè)成長需求與教師培訓現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研分析

【摘要】:"十一五"以來,國家投入大量人力、物力和財力用于全面推動職教教師隊伍建設工作。為了解中職學校師資基本情況、教師專業(yè)成長需求及教師培訓現(xiàn)狀,課題組在職業(yè)教育相對發(fā)達的蘇南五市對中職學校教師進行了抽樣調(diào)查。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),中職學校師資隊伍建設初見成效,但數(shù)量質量依然亟待提高;教師積極主動追求專業(yè)發(fā)展,但實踐性仍有欠缺;對教研培訓總體評價較好,但對校內(nèi)教研評價不高。為此建議:創(chuàng)新教師補充機制,培訓對象應按照任職年限分層;加強校本教研的實效性;注重個性化需求,推行"菜單式"講座和"項目式"培訓。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, the state has invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources to promote the construction of vocational education teachers. In order to understand the basic situation of teachers in secondary vocational schools, the needs of teachers' professional growth and the present situation of teacher training, the group conducted a sample survey on teachers of secondary vocational schools in five cities of southern Jiangsu, where vocational education is relatively developed. The investigation shows that the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools has achieved initial results, but the quantity and quality of teachers still need to be improved; teachers actively pursue professional development, but still lack of practicality; the overall evaluation of teaching and research training is good, but the evaluation of teaching and research in schools is not high. Therefore, it is suggested that the teachers' supplementary mechanism should be innovated, the training objects should be stratified according to their service years, the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research should be strengthened, the individualized demand should be paid attention to, and the "menu" lecture and "project-based" training should be carried out.
