【摘要】："十一五"以來(lái),國(guó)家投入大量人力、物力和財(cái)力用于全面推動(dòng)職教教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)工作。為了解中職學(xué)校師資基本情況、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)需求及教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀,課題組在職業(yè)教育相對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)的蘇南五市對(duì)中職學(xué)校教師進(jìn)行了抽樣調(diào)查。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),中職學(xué)校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)初見(jiàn)成效,但數(shù)量質(zhì)量依然亟待提高;教師積極主動(dòng)追求專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展,但實(shí)踐性仍有欠缺;對(duì)教研培訓(xùn)總體評(píng)價(jià)較好,但對(duì)校內(nèi)教研評(píng)價(jià)不高。為此建議:創(chuàng)新教師補(bǔ)充機(jī)制,培訓(xùn)對(duì)象應(yīng)按照任職年限分層;加強(qiáng)校本教研的實(shí)效性;注重個(gè)性化需求,推行"菜單式"講座和"項(xiàng)目式"培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, the state has invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources to promote the construction of vocational education teachers. In order to understand the basic situation of teachers in secondary vocational schools, the needs of teachers' professional growth and the present situation of teacher training, the group conducted a sample survey on teachers of secondary vocational schools in five cities of southern Jiangsu, where vocational education is relatively developed. The investigation shows that the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools has achieved initial results, but the quantity and quality of teachers still need to be improved; teachers actively pursue professional development, but still lack of practicality; the overall evaluation of teaching and research training is good, but the evaluation of teaching and research in schools is not high. Therefore, it is suggested that the teachers' supplementary mechanism should be innovated, the training objects should be stratified according to their service years, the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research should be strengthened, the individualized demand should be paid attention to, and the "menu" lecture and "project-based" training should be carried out.
