【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著現(xiàn)代科技的迅猛發(fā)展,高職院校科研創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)取得了明顯成效。文章結(jié)合筆者所在學(xué)校近三年的建設(shè)實(shí)踐,從優(yōu)化團(tuán)隊(duì)組建模式和運(yùn)行環(huán)境等方面探索了醫(yī)學(xué)高職院校科研創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的新途徑。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of modern science and technology, the construction of scientific research and innovation team in higher vocational colleges has achieved remarkable results. Based on the construction practice of the author's school in recent three years, this paper explores a new way to build the scientific research innovation team in the medical higher vocational colleges from the aspects of optimizing the mode of team formation and the running environment.
