【摘要】：學(xué)習(xí)型黨支部建設(shè)與學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)緊密聯(lián)系在一起。一方面學(xué)習(xí)型黨 支部建設(shè)通過正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng),通過黨員隊(duì)伍、自身組織機(jī)構(gòu)的建設(shè),成為學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的重要保證。另一方面,學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)為學(xué)習(xí)型黨支部建設(shè)彰顯先進(jìn)性、強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)特征、搭建平臺,成為學(xué)習(xí)型黨支部建設(shè)的重要路徑。 然而目前高職院校存在學(xué)習(xí)型黨支部建設(shè)與學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)相脫離情況,建設(shè)中也存在忽視思想理論建設(shè)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部和黨員示范作用不突出、特色建設(shè)不明顯等問題,嚴(yán)重影響了學(xué)習(xí)型黨支部建設(shè)和學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)等學(xué)校各項(xiàng)工作的發(fā)展。對此,文章結(jié)合高職院校的實(shí)際進(jìn)行了專門的研究,初步得出如下觀點(diǎn)： 學(xué)習(xí)型黨支部建設(shè)對學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)能夠產(chǎn)生重要影響,這種影響一般表現(xiàn)在三大作用上。一是思想理論、群眾組織、力量凝聚等方面的核心作用；二是思想精神境界、行為生活方式、工作方式方法、典型模范等方面的示范作用；三是學(xué)習(xí)理念、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、學(xué)習(xí)方式、學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面的創(chuàng)新作用。 高職院校要實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)型黨支部建設(shè)對學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的影響,必須健全學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制和堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí)原則,同時(shí)構(gòu)建立體格局,打造多方學(xué)習(xí)平臺,強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和學(xué)習(xí)型黨員培養(yǎng),注重特色化建設(shè)和推進(jìn)校企合作等。
[Abstract]:The construction of the learning-type Party branch is closely linked with the construction of the style of study. On the one hand, the construction of the learning-type Party branch is an important guarantee for the construction of the style of study through the cultivation of correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, the construction of party members and their own organization. On the other hand, the construction of the style of study has become an important way for the construction of the learning-type Party branch to highlight the advanced nature, strengthen the characteristics of study and build the platform for the construction of the learning-type Party branch. However, at present, there are some problems in higher vocational colleges, such as the deviation between the construction of the learning-type Party branch and the construction of the style of study, the neglect of the ideological and theoretical construction, the lack of prominent role of leading cadres and party members in demonstration, and the lack of obvious characteristic construction, etc. It has seriously affected the development of school work, such as the construction of the learning Party branch and the construction of the style of study. In view of this, the article carries on the special research in combination with the actual situation of the higher vocational colleges, and draws the following views: the construction of the learning-type Party branch can have an important influence on the construction of the style of study, which is generally manifested in three major roles. One is the core role of ideological theory, mass organization, and strength cohesion; the other is the exemplary role of ideological and spiritual realm, behavior and life style, method of work, typical model, etc.; third, it is the study idea, the learning content, and so on. Innovative role in learning style, learning standards and so on. In order to realize the influence of the construction of the learning-type Party branch on the construction of the style of study, higher vocational colleges must perfect the learning mechanism and adhere to the learning principle, at the same time, construct a three-dimensional pattern and create a multi-learning platform. To strengthen the construction of learning leading cadres and the cultivation of learning party members, to pay attention to the characteristic construction and to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
