【摘要】：人文主義教育是職業(yè)教育之魂,技術(shù)技能訓(xùn)練是職業(yè)教育之體。2015年聯(lián)合國教科文組織在最新的研究報(bào)告中重申了人文主義教育�；诖�,反觀目前我國職業(yè)教育中因人文主義教育丟失導(dǎo)致的"單向度的人"、技術(shù)異化將人"遮蔽"等現(xiàn)象,發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育急需借助人文主義教育達(dá)到"返魅"、發(fā)展"生命技術(shù)"、創(chuàng)造"整全的自我"。鑒于此,通過將職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)定位為"生涯導(dǎo)向"、目標(biāo)確定為"能""人"并重、教學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)為"雙向集合模式"、注重課程多樣化、使職教教師用"人文素養(yǎng)"圓融"雙師素質(zhì)"等途徑重拾人文主義教育。
[Abstract]:Humanism education is the soul of vocational education, and technical skill training is the body of vocational education. In 2015, UNESCO reiterated humanism education in the latest research report. Based on this, this paper reviews the phenomenon of "unidirectional people" caused by the loss of humanism education in vocational education in our country at present, and the phenomenon that technology alienation "obscures" people. It is found that vocational education urgently needs the help of humanism education to achieve "reenchantment", to develop "life technology" and to create "whole self". In view of this, by positioning vocational education as "career oriented", with the goal of "being able" and "people", the teaching is transformed into a "two-way collective mode" and the curriculum is diversified. So that vocational teachers can get humanism education by means of humanism education.
