【摘要】：產(chǎn)教深度融合是國家層面對(duì)職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)提出的一種目標(biāo)訴求。其學(xué)理依憑是:整合論是產(chǎn)教融合的哲學(xué)統(tǒng)馭,協(xié)同論是產(chǎn)教融合的合作機(jī)理,場域論是產(chǎn)教融合的跨界基礎(chǔ),資源依賴?yán)碚撌钱a(chǎn)教融合的邏輯依據(jù)。產(chǎn)教深度融合的機(jī)制內(nèi)涵所指包括:動(dòng)力機(jī)制——互需,互動(dòng)機(jī)制——協(xié)作,共享機(jī)制——多贏,評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制——范導(dǎo),學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制——攻玉。產(chǎn)教深度融合的實(shí)施追求策略是理念文化融合,體制機(jī)制融合,模式創(chuàng)新融合,專業(yè)對(duì)接融合,課程深化融合。
[Abstract]:The deep integration of industry and education is a kind of goal appeal to vocational education at the national level. The theory of integration is the philosophical control of the integration of industry and education, the cooperative theory is the cooperation mechanism of the integration of industry and education, the theory of field is the cross-border foundation of the integration of industry and education, and the theory of resource dependence is the logical basis of integration of industry and education. The mechanism connotation of the deep integration of industry and education includes: dynamic mechanism-mutual need, interactive mechanism-cooperation, sharing mechanism-multi-win, evaluation mechanism-fan guide, learning mechanism-attacking jade. The implementation strategy of the deep integration of production and teaching is the integration of idea and culture, the integration of system and mechanism, the integration of model innovation, the integration of specialty and the deepening of curriculum.
