【摘要】：為分析助產(chǎn)專業(yè)核心課程前置對學生專業(yè)核心勝任力及職業(yè)意愿的影響,采用助產(chǎn)士核心勝任力量表對助產(chǎn)專業(yè)課程前置試驗班及常規(guī)對照班學生進行核心勝任力評價,同時使用自制問卷收集其一般資料、成為助產(chǎn)士的意愿及核心課程理論成績,分析試驗組與對照組上述指標的差異性。路徑分析模型結(jié)果顯示,助產(chǎn)專業(yè)核心課程前置有利于提高學生專業(yè)核心勝任力以及增強學生職業(yè)選擇成為助產(chǎn)士的意愿。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of the core curriculum of midwifery on the students' core competence and professional will, the midwife core competency scale was used to evaluate the core competence of the students in the pilot class of midwifery major and the routine control class. At the same time, the self-made questionnaire was used to collect the general data, which became the wish of midwives and the academic achievement of core curriculum. The differences of the above indexes between the test group and the control group were analyzed. The result of path analysis model shows that the core curriculum of midwifery can improve the students' core competence and enhance the students' willingness to choose their profession as midwives.
