【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育兼具高等和職業(yè)兩種屬性，肩負(fù)著為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展提供高級技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才的重任。河南省是教育大省，近年來高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展迅速。然而，在規(guī)模擴(kuò)張的同時(shí)，出現(xiàn)了諸多結(jié)構(gòu)性問題，迫切需要理論研究的跟進(jìn)。 本文以文獻(xiàn)法和統(tǒng)計(jì)法為主要研究方法，在專業(yè)發(fā)展理論、非均衡經(jīng)濟(jì)理論以及教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系理論的基礎(chǔ)上，以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)移和高等教育體制改革為現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)，梳理了河南省高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)設(shè)置的橫向結(jié)構(gòu)與縱向脈絡(luò)，分析了河南省高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題及其原因，并據(jù)此提出了優(yōu)化河南省高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)對策。 本文共分為六部分。 第一部分為導(dǎo)論。介紹了論文的選題背景、研究意義、核心概念、研究綜述、研究方法及研究思路。 第二部分為高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)研究的依據(jù)。闡述了高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。 第三部分為河南省高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀。通過統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，分析了河南省高職專業(yè)的數(shù)量分布、產(chǎn)業(yè)分布、城市分布、學(xué)校分布以及專業(yè)的構(gòu)成變化情況、招生規(guī)模變化情況。 第四部分為河南省高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)問題及原因分析�；趯�(shù)據(jù)的分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)了河南省高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題。主要表現(xiàn)在：專業(yè)空缺與重復(fù)并存、省會城市過于集中、專業(yè)集聚度偏低、招生規(guī)模忽高忽低、與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不相吻合等。進(jìn)而探究了河南省高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)問題產(chǎn)生的原因，主要有社會觀念因素、政府導(dǎo)向因素、教育主體因素、學(xué)校管理因素、專業(yè)建設(shè)因素等。 第五部分為河南省高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整的對策建議。表現(xiàn)為以下幾方面：有序擴(kuò)展專業(yè)覆蓋、合理調(diào)整專業(yè)布局、提升專業(yè)集聚程度、控制專業(yè)重復(fù)設(shè)置、嚴(yán)格新開專業(yè)審核、穩(wěn)定專業(yè)規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)、協(xié)調(diào)專業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。 第六部分為結(jié)論與討論。介紹了論文的主要研究結(jié)論，，闡述了論文研究的貢獻(xiàn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，探討了論文不足之處及后續(xù)研究的可能性。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education, with both higher and vocational attributes, shoulders the important task of providing advanced technical and applied talents for economic and social development. Henan Province is a big province of education. In recent years, higher vocational education has developed rapidly. However, at the same time of scale expansion, there are many structural problems, the urgent need for theoretical research follow-up. Based on the theory of professional development, the theory of unbalanced economy and the theory of the relationship between education and economy, this paper takes the method of literature and statistics as the main research method, and takes the view of scientific development as the basis. Based on the strategic transfer of economic development and the reform of higher education system, this paper combs the horizontal structure and longitudinal context of specialty setting in higher vocational education in Henan Province, and analyzes the problems and causes of the structure of higher vocational education in Henan Province. Based on this, the author puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the professional structure of higher vocational education in Henan Province. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction. This paper introduces the background, research significance, core concepts, research review, research methods and research ideas. The second part is the basis of the research on the specialty structure of higher vocational education. This paper expounds the theoretical basis and practical basis of the professional structure of higher vocational education. The third part is the structure of higher vocational education in Henan Province. Through statistical data, this paper analyzes the quantity distribution, industry distribution, urban distribution, school distribution, the composition of major and the change of enrollment scale of higher vocational specialty in Henan province. The fourth part is the analysis of the structural problems and causes of higher vocational education in Henan Province. Based on the analysis of the data, the problems in the structure of higher vocational education in Henan Province are found. The main manifestations are: the coexistence of professional vacancy and repetition, the concentration of provincial capital cities, the low degree of professional concentration, the high and fluctuating enrollment scale, the incongruity with the industrial structure and so on. Then it probes into the causes of the structural problems of higher vocational education in Henan Province, including the factors of social concept, government guidance, educational subject, school management, professional construction and so on. The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization adjustment of professional structure of higher vocational education in Henan province. It is shown in the following aspects: orderly expansion of professional coverage, rational adjustment of professional layout, promotion of professional agglomeration, control of the repeated setting of major, strict examination of new specialties, stabilization of professional scale structure and coordination of professional industrial structure. The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion. This paper introduces the main research conclusions, expounds the contribution and innovation of the thesis research, and probes into the deficiency of the paper and the possibility of further research.
