山東省民辦高職院校師資隊伍建設(shè)面臨的困境與改革的措施

【摘要】:自科教興國、人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略實施以來,高等教育為促進(jìn)我國科技進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。作為我國高等教育的必要補(bǔ)充,民辦高等教育在滿足大眾教育需求多元化方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。民辦高等教育的重要組成部分——民辦高職院校,順應(yīng)其發(fā)展的潮流與趨勢,,辦學(xué)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,教學(xué)質(zhì)量顯著提高。同時,民辦高職院校的發(fā)展也存在著諸多問題,如日常管理機(jī)制、教育科研等,都成為民辦高職院校進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的制約因素。其中,師資隊伍建設(shè)問題成為最大障礙。因此,建設(shè)一支素質(zhì)高、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)的師資隊伍對民辦高職院校的發(fā)展意義重大。 本文以山東省民辦高等教育的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r為研究背景,以山東省民辦高職院校的師資隊伍建設(shè)為研究對象,運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、調(diào)查法等,首先對現(xiàn)有的民辦高職院校師資隊伍建設(shè)方面的論著、論文進(jìn)行綜述,對相關(guān)的核心概念進(jìn)行界定,進(jìn)而闡明民辦高職院校進(jìn)行師資隊伍建設(shè)的重要性與必要性;其次,在對山東省民辦高職院校師資隊伍現(xiàn)狀的深入觀察和系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,找出自身存在的問題;再次,借鑒北京市、江蘇省等民辦高職院校師資隊伍建設(shè)的優(yōu)秀做法,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn);最后,提出山東省民辦高職院校師資隊伍建設(shè)的可行性建議,分析師資隊伍建設(shè)的未來發(fā)展趨勢,更好地促進(jìn)山東省民辦高職院校的發(fā)展。 山東省民辦高職院校進(jìn)行師資隊伍建設(shè)研究,不僅是提高民辦高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的需要,更是推動民辦高職院校持續(xù)發(fā)展,從而帶動該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要。師資隊伍建設(shè)意義重大,應(yīng)該引起民辦高職院校管理者的重視。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education, higher education has made outstanding contributions to promoting the progress of science and technology and economic development in China. As a necessary supplement of higher education in our country, private higher education plays an increasingly important role in meeting the diversified needs of mass education. Private higher vocational colleges, an important component of private higher education, conform to the trend and trend of their development, and the scale of running schools is expanding constantly, and the quality of teaching has been improved significantly. At the same time, there are many problems in the development of private higher vocational colleges, such as daily management mechanism, educational research and so on, all of which have become the restricting factors for the further development of private vocational colleges. Among them, the construction of the teaching staff has become the biggest obstacle. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of private vocational colleges to build a contingent of teachers with high quality and excellent structure. This paper takes the development of private higher education in Shandong Province as the research background, takes the construction of teachers in the private higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province as the research object, applies the method of literature, interview, investigation and so on. First of all, this paper summarizes the existing private vocational colleges in the construction of teachers, defines the relevant core concepts, and then clarifies the importance and necessity of private vocational colleges for the construction of teachers; secondly, On the basis of in-depth observation and systematic analysis of the current situation of teachers in private higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province, the author finds out the existing problems; thirdly, it draws lessons from the excellent practice of building teachers in private higher vocational colleges such as Beijing and Jiangsu Province. Summing up the experience and lessons; finally, put forward the feasibility of the construction of teachers in private vocational colleges in Shandong Province, analyze the future development trend of the construction of teachers, and better promote the development of private vocational colleges in Shandong Province. It is not only the need to improve the teaching quality of the private higher vocational colleges, but also to promote the sustainable development of the private higher vocational colleges, thus driving the economic development of the region. The construction of teaching staff is of great significance and should be attached importance to by the managers of private higher vocational colleges.
