【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家新型體制改革推進(jìn),勞動(dòng)力在城鄉(xiāng)之間流動(dòng)不斷加快,由此引發(fā)的農(nóng)村人口城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)村人口老齡化和農(nóng)村人口逆城市化問題表現(xiàn)突出,制約了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。面向2030年,通過完善農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育體系,創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式,提高農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育整體質(zhì)量,可以有效應(yīng)對(duì)由于農(nóng)村人口變動(dòng)帶來的困境,繼而延長(zhǎng)人口紅利時(shí)間,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村人口數(shù)量紅利向農(nóng)村人口技能紅利的轉(zhuǎn)變,推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the new type of national system reform, the flow of labor force between urban and rural areas has been speeding up, resulting in the urbanization of the rural population, the aging of the rural population and the inverse urbanization of the rural population. It restricts the sustainable development of our country's economy and society. Facing 2030, by perfecting the rural vocational education system, innovating the development mode of rural vocational education and improving the overall quality of rural vocational education, we can effectively deal with the difficulties caused by the change of rural population, and then extend the time of population dividend. To realize the transformation of rural population's quantity dividend to rural population's skill dividend, and to promote the modernization of vocational education.
