【摘要】："雙師型"教師資格認(rèn)證是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),在其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)過(guò)程中,應(yīng)當(dāng)充分考慮其內(nèi)容的科學(xué)性、指標(biāo)的全面性以及形式的專業(yè)性,以便形成具有統(tǒng)一性的認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共識(shí)。鑒于各區(qū)域職業(yè)教育差異化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí),"雙師型"教師資格認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)亦應(yīng)具有區(qū)域特征,貼近地方實(shí)際,符合區(qū)域職業(yè)教育發(fā)展需要。"雙師型"教師資格認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)有利于職業(yè)教育在宏觀政策層面和職業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)上對(duì)"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)做出正確的引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范,從而提高技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The qualification certification of "double qualified" teachers is the key link in the construction of the teaching staff of modern vocational education. In the course of its standard construction, the scientific nature of its contents, the comprehensiveness of indicators and the professionalism of its form should be fully considered. In order to form a unified certification standards consensus. In view of the reality of the different development of vocational education in various regions, the qualification certification standard of "double-qualified" teachers should also have regional characteristics, be close to the local reality, and meet the needs of the development of regional vocational education.
