中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)案例分析與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的發(fā)展過程中,師資力量是其發(fā)展過程中的命脈,隨著職業(yè)教育“專業(yè)化”教師隊(duì)伍的需求性增強(qiáng),對(duì)于培養(yǎng)職業(yè)教育專業(yè)化教師的方式與方法也逐漸突顯出重要的地位。而校本培訓(xùn)作為職業(yè)教育師資力量一種培訓(xùn)途徑,其特色化的優(yōu)勢(shì)已經(jīng)成為教師成長(zhǎng)過程中一個(gè)重要的渠道。校本培訓(xùn)是圍繞“基于學(xué)校、為了學(xué)校、在學(xué)!边@三個(gè)主要的基點(diǎn)而開展,以學(xué)校發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況而實(shí)施,針對(duì)性強(qiáng),具有綜合性、隨意性與偶發(fā)性、日常性、復(fù)雜性、多樣性等特征,是學(xué)校綜合資源的整合共同作用的過程,在校本培訓(xùn)過程中,教師主體的參與性及校本培訓(xùn)本身的效果直接影響著校本培訓(xùn)的作用力。 本研究以郴州市某中等職業(yè)學(xué)校和廣州市某高級(jí)技工學(xué)校作為個(gè)案,對(duì)兩所學(xué)校進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)研。通過對(duì)郴州市某中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)數(shù)據(jù)采集,分析其基本情況,從其校本培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容、方式、培訓(xùn)者等方面存在的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策供參考;通過對(duì)廣州市某高級(jí)技工學(xué)校的校本培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,提煉該校校本培訓(xùn)的典型經(jīng)驗(yàn),以該校的典型案例作為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校實(shí)施校本培訓(xùn)成功的榜樣。 我們的研究表明,要使得中職學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)發(fā)揮更加積極的作用,應(yīng)該在思想觀念上要引起足夠的重視,在硬件方面合理安排,進(jìn)一步完善校本培訓(xùn)管理機(jī)制,堅(jiān)持校本培訓(xùn)的特色化道路,充實(shí)校本培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,突出校本培訓(xùn)的“職業(yè)崗位”與“職業(yè)教育”特征等,以更好地促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the development of secondary vocational schools, teachers are the lifeblood of their development. The ways and methods of training professional teachers in vocational education are also becoming more and more important. As a kind of training way of vocational education teachers, school-based training has become an important channel in the process of teachers' growth. School-based training is carried out around the three basic points of "based on school, for the sake of school, in school", and is carried out according to the actual situation of school development. It has strong pertinence, comprehensiveness, randomness and chance, routine and complexity. In the process of school-based training, the participation of teachers and the effect of school-based training have a direct impact on the force of school-based training. This study takes a secondary vocational school in Chenzhou and a senior technical school in Guangzhou as a case study. Through collecting the data of school-based training in a secondary vocational school in Chenzhou, this paper analyzes the basic situation, summarizes the problems existing in the contents, methods and trainers of school-based training, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for reference. Through the investigation of school-based training in a senior technical school in Guangzhou, the typical experience of school-based training in this school is abstracted, and the typical case of this school is taken as the example of successful implementation of school-based training in secondary vocational schools. Our research shows that in order to make the school-based training in secondary vocational schools play a more active role, we should pay enough attention to the concept of school-based training, make reasonable arrangements in the aspect of hardware, and further improve the management mechanism of school-based training. Adhere to the special road of school-based training, enrich the contents of school-based training, highlight the characteristics of "vocational posts" and "vocational education" in school-based training, so as to better promote the professional development of teachers.
