浙江A高職院校教師激勵機制研究
[Abstract]:Reform and opening up and socialist market economy have brought new opportunities to higher education in China. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education has occupied half of our higher education. The development of higher vocational colleges depends on talents, and the cultivation of talents depends on policies. The research on incentive mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges is to explore how to reflect the interaction between incentive subject and incentive object through an effective system. This article selects Zhejiang A higher vocational college as a case study, takes the problem as the direction, takes the Zhejiang A higher vocational college teacher encouragement present situation as the starting point, on the basis of the typical case study, This paper makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of teachers in Zhejiang A higher vocational colleges, and tries to put forward the optimization strategy. In the first part, the paper discusses the research background of teachers' incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges, expounds the purpose and significance of this research, the research contents and methods, and the innovation and characteristics of the paper. The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper. The author builds a complete theoretical framework for this study from four aspects: the connotation of incentive, the connotation of incentive mechanism, the theoretical research of incentive at home and abroad, and the research of knowledge worker motivation. And systematically combed the various theories between the internal logical relationship. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of teachers' incentive mechanism in Zhejiang A vocational colleges, including the background introduction of Zhejiang A vocational colleges, the problems and causes of teachers' incentive mechanism in Zhejiang A vocational colleges. The fourth part is the main part of the thesis. On the basis of the investigation and research on the case, the author explores the characteristics of the teachers' labor, the demand characteristics and the design principles of the incentive mechanism of the teachers in higher vocational colleges, and then separately from the salary system. This paper tries to put forward the optimization strategy of teachers' incentive mechanism in Zhejiang A higher vocational college from the aspects of post appointment, performance appraisal, "double qualification" teacher incentive mechanism, promotion and training, etc. The fifth part is the conclusion, the thesis summarizes the research findings, research deficiencies and research prospects.
