中職師資定制化培訓的研究與實踐

【摘要】:針對中職師資培訓中針對性不強、內容泛化、方式單一、實效性弱化等問題,成果以中職師資專業(yè)發(fā)展為出發(fā)點,根據不同培訓對象的特點,研究開發(fā)了師德素質、教學能力、專業(yè)技術、教改教研、教育技術、德育課、民族文化、學校管理、班主任工作等9個類別的培訓課程;公開出版發(fā)行16本培訓專著;創(chuàng)建了"研究—實訓—應用"的培訓方式。經過5年實踐取得明顯成效,惠及廣西180多所中職學校、1萬多名教師及區(qū)外眾多中職教師。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of weak pertinence, generalization of content, single mode, weakening of actual effect and so on in the training of secondary vocational teachers, the achievement takes the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers as the starting point, according to the characteristics of different training objects, studies and develops the teachers' moral quality and teaching ability. Professional technology, teaching reform and research, educational technology, moral education, ethnic culture, school management, class teacher work and other nine types of training courses; published 16 training monographs; created the "research-practice-application" training methods. After 5 years of practice, more than 180 secondary vocational schools, more than 10,000 teachers and many secondary vocational teachers outside Guangxi have been achieved.
