【摘要】：隨著國家的建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，國家已經(jīng)越來越重視職業(yè)教育的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，職業(yè)學(xué)校的數(shù)量、學(xué)校規(guī)模、在校生人數(shù)都在不斷提高。但當(dāng)前民辦高職院校的學(xué)生素質(zhì)普遍不高，，教育教學(xué)效果較差。 本文首先將通過文獻回顧，在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出研究的問題，即民辦高職院校的班級文化建設(shè)；然后將對班級文化的相關(guān)含義、功能及班級文化建設(shè)進行闡述；本文將采用觀察法和個案分析，對四川省某民辦高職學(xué)院班級文化的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)研，通過實證研究和縱向比較，并對民辦高職院校班級文化建設(shè)的對策及措施，如加強班級人際關(guān)系建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)班級的凝聚力和集體榮譽感、發(fā)揮輔導(dǎo)員在班級文化建設(shè)中的作用、利用現(xiàn)代化教育設(shè)備建設(shè)大學(xué)生班級文化進行探討，以期為我國班級文化建設(shè)提出一些可操作的模型方法，最終達到引領(lǐng)學(xué)生健康成長和發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:With the construction of the country and the development of economy, the country has paid more and more attention to the construction and development of vocational education. But at present, the quality of students in private higher vocational colleges is generally not high, and the effect of education and teaching is poor. First, this paper will review the literature, on the basis of the existing research on the status quo of research at home and abroad, and then put forward the research issues, that is, the construction of class culture in private vocational colleges, and then the meaning of class culture. The function and class culture construction are expounded, and the present situation of class culture construction in a private vocational college in Sichuan Province is investigated by means of observation method and case analysis. And the countermeasures and measures of class culture construction in private higher vocational colleges, such as strengthening class interpersonal relationship construction, cultivating class cohesion and collective sense of honor, giving play to the role of counselors in class culture construction. This paper probes into the construction of class culture of college students by using modern educational equipment in order to put forward some operable model methods for the construction of class culture in our country so as to lead the students to grow and develop healthily.
