【摘要】：高職院校學(xué)生宿舍是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活、休閑、娛樂的重要場(chǎng)所,同時(shí)也是高職院校一塊重要的育人陣地。學(xué)分制教學(xué)模式的改革打破了傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生管理模式,行政班級(jí)的概念淡化,學(xué)生工作的重心轉(zhuǎn)移到學(xué)生宿舍,而學(xué)生宿舍的各項(xiàng)功能卻表現(xiàn)得明顯的滯后,學(xué)生宿舍內(nèi)各種問題和矛盾的出現(xiàn)將學(xué)生宿舍管理擺在了突出的位置。本文的第一章對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究的動(dòng)態(tài)、本人研究的思路和方法進(jìn)行了介紹。第二章主要講述學(xué)分制的內(nèi)涵和特征、高職院校學(xué)生宿舍管理及影響因素、以及學(xué)分制模式下高職院校學(xué)生宿舍管理工作的特點(diǎn)和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。第三章在經(jīng)過對(duì)現(xiàn)有宿舍管理模式的分析和比較得出學(xué)分制模式下要建立一種新型的宿舍管理模式,即“校方統(tǒng)一集中管理模式”。第四章是本文最重要的一章,提出建立“校方統(tǒng)一集中管理模式”的策略,從建立良好的宿舍環(huán)境、推進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員進(jìn)駐學(xué)生宿舍、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生干部參與宿舍管理、加強(qiáng)宿舍文化建設(shè)和促進(jìn)心理健康教育工作進(jìn)宿舍等方面較全面的講述學(xué)分制模式下,高職院校如何提升學(xué)生宿舍管理工作,如何全方面的教育、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生和為學(xué)生服務(wù),如何將學(xué)生宿舍建立成高職院校一塊真正的育人陣地。
[Abstract]:The student dormitory in higher vocational colleges is an important place for students to study, live, relax and entertain, and it is also an important educational position for higher vocational colleges. The reform of credit system has broken the traditional student management mode, the concept of administrative class has been desalinated, the focus of student work has shifted to the student dormitory, but the functions of the student dormitory have obviously lagged behind. The emergence of various problems and contradictions in student dormitories puts the management of student dormitories in a prominent position. The first chapter introduces the domestic and foreign research trends, my research ideas and methods. The second chapter mainly describes the connotation and characteristics of the credit system, the management of students' dormitory in higher vocational colleges and its influencing factors, as well as the characteristics and challenges of student dormitory management in higher vocational colleges under the mode of credit system. In the third chapter, through the analysis and comparison of the existing dormitory management mode, it is concluded that a new type of dormitory management mode should be established under the credit system model, that is, "the unified centralized management mode of the university". The fourth chapter is the most important chapter of this paper. It puts forward the strategy of establishing the "unified centralized management mode of the school", which includes establishing a good dormitory environment, pushing the counselors to enter the student dormitory, and training the student cadres to participate in the dormitory management. Strengthening the dormitory culture construction and promoting the mental health education work into the dormitory, etc., on the basis of the credit system, how to improve the management of the student dormitory, how to educate the students in all aspects, how to train the students and serve for the students, etc., and how to improve the management of the dormitory in higher vocational colleges. How to establish the student dormitory as a real educational position in higher vocational colleges.
