【摘要】：在不斷深化的職業(yè)教育改革中,基于教育公平理念,可更加理性地思考我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的改革發(fā)展問(wèn)題,在堅(jiān)持當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育基本原則與框架的前提下,考慮如何合理地調(diào)整我國(guó)職業(yè)教育中的資源分布,實(shí)踐改革現(xiàn)代化的職業(yè)教育工作,進(jìn)而確保職業(yè)教育改革取得真正的公平。對(duì)此,基于教育公平理念,剖析當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中存在的種種不公平現(xiàn)象,通過(guò)采取強(qiáng)化發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的資金支持力度、縮短城鄉(xiāng)職業(yè)教育資源分布差距、創(chuàng)新實(shí)施"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"職業(yè)教育、轉(zhuǎn)化職業(yè)教育成果引導(dǎo)學(xué)生就業(yè)等措施,從而進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the process of deepening the reform of vocational education, based on the concept of educational equity, we can think more rationally about the reform and development of vocational education in our country, under the premise of adhering to the basic principles and framework of current vocational education, Considering how to rationally adjust the distribution of resources in vocational education in our country, and how to reform the modern vocational education work so as to ensure the real fairness of vocational education reform. In view of this, based on the concept of educational equity, this paper analyzes all kinds of unfair phenomena existing in the development of vocational education in our country, and shortens the gap of distribution of vocational education resources between urban and rural areas by strengthening the financial support for the development of vocational education. In order to further promote the reform and development of vocational education, innovation and implementation of the "Internet" vocational education, the transformation of vocational education results to guide students to obtain employment and other measures.
