基于系統(tǒng)工程方法的中職教師績(jī)效考核研究

【摘要】:中職教師的績(jī)效考核工作是否科學(xué)合理,對(duì)于中職學(xué)校的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展起著非常重要的作用,本文的研究目的在于提出一個(gè)符合中職學(xué)校實(shí)際的科學(xué)的教師績(jī)效考核模型。 本文以系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的思想作為理論指導(dǎo),以系統(tǒng)工程的方法為研究工具,運(yùn)用層次分析法提出了中職教師績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系,該模型包括“德”、“能”、“勤”、“績(jī)”等四個(gè)要素,要素的選擇既運(yùn)用了系統(tǒng)工程方法的基本原理,又符合東莞市經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易學(xué)校的實(shí)際,能真實(shí)地反映教師績(jī)效考核工作的情況。本文將各級(jí)指標(biāo)在同一層次內(nèi)按一定的標(biāo)度兩兩進(jìn)行重要性比較并建立相應(yīng)的模糊一致矩陣,計(jì)算出了指標(biāo)權(quán)重。本文在實(shí)證研究中運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)科組教師陳某進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),定性結(jié)果為良,定量結(jié)果為80.365,,符合該教師的工作實(shí)際,在對(duì)該科組其余15名教師進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核時(shí),結(jié)果證明本文的研究方法更準(zhǔn)確,更為該科組多數(shù)教師所接受。 本文的創(chuàng)新性在于:1.運(yùn)用模糊一致矩陣,解決了層次分析法中矩陣一致性校驗(yàn)的難題。2.模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法既有定性的評(píng)價(jià)又有定量的評(píng)價(jià),有助于人事部門(mén)更準(zhǔn)確地做好績(jī)效考核結(jié)果的反饋。模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)教師績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系中的每一個(gè)子指標(biāo)都給予了評(píng)價(jià),注重過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià),這有助于教師發(fā)現(xiàn)其績(jī)效考核各分項(xiàng)指標(biāo)中出現(xiàn)的不足并進(jìn)行針對(duì)性改進(jìn),從而促進(jìn)其全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The scientific and rational performance assessment of secondary vocational school teachers plays a very important role in the sustainable development of secondary vocational schools. The purpose of this study is to put forward a scientific teacher performance assessment model which is in line with the actual secondary vocational school.
This paper, taking the thought of system science as the theoretical guidance, takes the method of system engineering as the research tool, and uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to put forward the performance evaluation index system of secondary vocational teachers. This model includes four factors, such as "Virtue", "energy", "diligence", "performance" and so on. The selection of the elements has not only applied the basic principles of the system engineering method, but also conforms to the East. The practice of the Guan City Economic and trade school can truly reflect the situation of teachers' performance assessment. This paper compares the importance of the indicators at the same level in the same level and sets up the corresponding fuzzy consistent matrix at the same level in the same level, and calculates the weight of the index. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the computer science in the empirical study. The group teacher Chen was appraise, the qualitative result is good, the quantitative result is 80.365, conforms to the teacher's work reality. The result proves that the research method of this article is more accurate and is accepted by most teachers of the group in the performance assessment of the other 15 teachers in the group.
The innovation of this paper is: 1. using fuzzy consistent matrix to solve the problem of matrix consistency checking in analytic hierarchy process.2. fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method not only has qualitative evaluation but also quantitative evaluation, which helps the personnel department to do better performance evaluation result feedback. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for teacher performance evaluation index system Each of the sub indicators is evaluated and the process evaluation is paid attention to, which helps teachers to find out the shortcomings of their performance appraisal and improve their overall development.
