【摘要】：針對省屬高校地方政府協(xié)調(diào)難、優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源集聚共享難、產(chǎn)學研協(xié)同育人難三大問題,常州科教城建設了融"高教園區(qū)、科技園區(qū)、孵化園區(qū)"三位一體的產(chǎn)學研合作基地和"教學資源、產(chǎn)學研合作、公共服務"三大資源開放共享平臺,首創(chuàng)高職教育跨界"共建、共管、共享"新機制和"校、所、企"產(chǎn)學研協(xié)同育人新路徑,探索了一條具有中國特色、地方特點、時代特征的技術技能型人才培養(yǎng)與產(chǎn)業(yè)互融的創(chuàng)新之路,形成了具有全國影響的高職教育發(fā)展常州模式。
