基于創(chuàng)客空間的高職學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的大藍(lán)圖下,“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”已成為“十三五”規(guī)劃時(shí)期的重要趨勢。社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、“供給側(cè)”結(jié)構(gòu)性改革急需創(chuàng)新型人才。高職院校作為“供給側(cè)”產(chǎn)業(yè)中“工匠”人才的輸出大戶,更要為經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展提供創(chuàng)新型人才。然而,當(dāng)前許多高職院校對學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的重視不夠、投入不足、理念陳舊,抑制了創(chuàng)新教育的發(fā)展。相對于普通高校學(xué)生,高職學(xué)生自身的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、研究能力較弱,限制了學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的提升。為此,提升高職院校學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力任務(wù)艱巨而緊迫。在此背景形勢下,“創(chuàng)客空間”開始進(jìn)入創(chuàng)新教育的視野并逐漸受到認(rèn)可!皠(chuàng)客”是指出于興趣與愛好,通過個(gè)人的獨(dú)立實(shí)踐,把各種創(chuàng)意轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)的人。而“創(chuàng)客空間”就是“創(chuàng)客”的聚集地,是“創(chuàng)客”們相互交流、共同學(xué)習(xí)、實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)意的地方。“創(chuàng)客空間”因創(chuàng)新而生,又對參與者創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)有著積極的助推作用。本文研究目標(biāo)是把“創(chuàng)客空間”的理念和模式引入高職院校,通過“創(chuàng)客空間”實(shí)踐激發(fā)高職學(xué)生創(chuàng)新活力,幫助解決當(dāng)前高職院校創(chuàng)新教育發(fā)展不足的問題。本文內(nèi)容分為六章。第一章緒論介紹了研究背景、現(xiàn)狀、意義、思路和方法;第二章對研究對象“創(chuàng)新能力”和“創(chuàng)客空間”行了分析,提出了“創(chuàng)客空間實(shí)踐對高職學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)具有促進(jìn)作用”的觀點(diǎn)和假設(shè);第三章研究了“高職院校創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)”和“創(chuàng)客空間”的現(xiàn)狀、問題與原因;第四章提出了解決“高職院校創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)”和“創(chuàng)客空間”存在問題的策略,并通過問卷調(diào)查和眾多相關(guān)案例進(jìn)行佐證;第五章通過筆者開展的創(chuàng)客空間實(shí)踐以及學(xué)生實(shí)踐前后的創(chuàng)新能力水平變化測量,驗(yàn)證了“創(chuàng)客空間實(shí)踐對高職學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)具有促進(jìn)作用”的觀點(diǎn)和假設(shè);第六章結(jié)論對本文研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。通過調(diào)查、研究和實(shí)踐,本文對“創(chuàng)新能力”和“創(chuàng)客空間”的本質(zhì)有了深入的認(rèn)識(shí),對相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀、問題及成因有了較為全面的了解,研究出了一些可應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐、有助于解決存在問題的策略,并通過初步實(shí)踐對論文觀點(diǎn)和部分策略作了有效驗(yàn)證。本文的成果和創(chuàng)新在于:第一、豐富并發(fā)展了“運(yùn)用創(chuàng)客空間實(shí)踐方法促進(jìn)高職院校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)”的理論;第二、實(shí)踐并驗(yàn)證了“創(chuàng)客空間實(shí)踐對高職院校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的促進(jìn)作用”;第三、對創(chuàng)新本質(zhì)和創(chuàng)新能力構(gòu)成要素理論作了創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the blueprint of China's economic transformation and upgrading, "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become an important trend in the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Social and economic development, the "supply side" structural reform is in urgent need of innovative talents. Higher vocational colleges, as the export of craftsmen in the supply side industry, should provide innovative talents for the development of economic transformation. However, at present, many higher vocational colleges pay less attention to the cultivation of students' innovative ability, invest less, and have outmoded ideas, which inhibit the development of innovative education. Compared with the ordinary college students, the innovation consciousness of higher vocational college students is not strong and the research ability is weak, which limits the improvement of students' innovation ability. Therefore, it is an arduous and urgent task to improve the innovative ability of students in higher vocational colleges. Under this background situation, "the creation guest space" begins to enter the innovation education visual field and gradually receives the recognition. "Creator" refers to people who, out of their interests and hobbies, turn ideas into reality through individual independent practice. The "creation space" is the gathering place of the "creative guest", and the place where the creators communicate, learn together and realize creativity. The creation space is born from innovation and has a positive effect on the cultivation of participants'innovation ability. The research goal of this paper is to introduce the idea and mode of "creating guest space" into higher vocational colleges, to stimulate the innovation vitality of higher vocational students through the practice of "creating guest space", and to help solve the problem of insufficient development of innovation education in vocational colleges and universities at present. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, current situation, significance, ideas and methods of the research, and the second chapter analyzes the research object "innovation ability" and "creating guest space". This paper puts forward the viewpoint and hypothesis that "the practice of creating guest space can promote the cultivation of innovation ability of higher vocational students", the third chapter studies the present situation, problems and reasons of "cultivation of innovation ability in higher vocational colleges" and "creating guest space". The fourth chapter puts forward the strategies to solve the problems of "cultivating innovative ability in higher vocational colleges" and "creating guest space", which is proved by questionnaire survey and many relevant cases. The fifth chapter verifies the viewpoint and hypothesis that "the practice of creating guest space can promote the cultivation of creative ability of higher vocational students" through the author's practice of creating guest space and measuring the level of innovation ability of students before and after practice. Chapter six summarizes the research of this paper. Through investigation, research and practice, this paper has a deep understanding of the essence of "innovation ability" and "creative space", and has a more comprehensive understanding of the current situation, problems and causes of related fields, and has studied some of the possible applications in practice. It is helpful to solve the existing problems, and through the preliminary practice, the paper's viewpoint and some strategies are verified effectively. The achievements and innovations of this paper are as follows: firstly, it enriches and develops the theory of "promoting the cultivation of innovative ability of students in higher vocational colleges by using the practical method of creating guest space"; second, Practice and verify the "creative space practice to promote the cultivation of higher vocational college students' innovative ability"; third, the essence of innovation and innovative ability elements of the theory of innovation has been innovated and developed.
