高職青年教師培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育是我國教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,是國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),高職教育具有鮮明的職業(yè)性、社會性,是面向人人的教育。百年大計,教育為本;教育大計,教師為本,從一定程度上來說,教師自身素質(zhì)的高低決定著教育的成敗,決定著社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)的成敗。隨著高職教育的發(fā)展,青年教師人數(shù)在教師隊伍總?cè)藬?shù)中所占的比例大幅度增加,大批青年教師成為高職院校教學(xué)科研的新生力量。如何對其進行職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng),幫助其迅速適應(yīng)工作崗位的需要,成為高職教師隊伍建設(shè)中亟待解決的問題。本文以德州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為個案,,將實地觀察、問卷訪談、文獻研究有機地結(jié)合起來,對高職青年教師的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,結(jié)合本地實際情況,并借鑒發(fā)達國家成功的培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗,提出了高職院校培養(yǎng)、校企合作培養(yǎng)、和青年教師自我培養(yǎng)“三位一體”的培養(yǎng)模式,并對此模式的保障體系進行了論述。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of education in our country and an important foundation for the development of national economy and society. Higher vocational education is a kind of education for everyone because of its distinctive occupation and sociality. To a certain extent, the quality of teachers determines the success or failure of education and the success or failure of socialist modernization. With the development of higher vocational education, the number of young teachers in the total number of teachers has increased greatly, and a large number of young teachers have become the new strength of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges. How to train their professional ability to help them adapt to the needs of the job quickly becomes a problem to be solved urgently in the construction of higher vocational teachers. This paper takes Texas Vocational and Technical College as a case, organically combines field observation, questionnaire interview and literature research, analyzes the present situation of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, combines the local actual situation, and draws lessons from the successful training experience of developed countries. This paper puts forward the training mode of "trinity" between the training of higher vocational colleges, the cooperation of school and enterprise, and the self-cultivation of young teachers, and discusses the guarantee system of this mode.
