職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量觀構(gòu)建:美國的經(jīng)驗與啟示——基于三份美國生涯與技術(shù)教育報告的解讀

【摘要】:"高質(zhì)量生涯與技術(shù)教育"已經(jīng)成為美國教育界和勞動組織所一致追求的目標(biāo),通過梳理當(dāng)代美國探討"高質(zhì)量生涯與技術(shù)教育"的三個代表性報告,從項目理念、項目原則、項目內(nèi)容、項目實施、項目評估等五個方面對美國職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量觀的框架變遷進行了分析解讀,由此,應(yīng)從制定職業(yè)教育技術(shù)技能核心標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、構(gòu)建學(xué)分互認(rèn)與銜接的培養(yǎng)體系、形成以伙伴關(guān)系為紐帶的組織生態(tài)、建立職業(yè)教育評估與問責(zé)體系等四個方面,系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建我國現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量觀。
[Abstract]:"High quality career and technical education" has become the goal that American educational circles and labor organizations pursue unanimously. Through combing three representative reports of "high quality career and technical education" in contemporary America, from project idea, project principle, This paper analyzes and interprets the changes of the framework of the quality view of vocational education in the United States from the following five aspects: the content of the project, the implementation of the project, the evaluation of the project, and so on. Forming the organizational ecology with partnership as the link, establishing the evaluation and accountability system of vocational education, and systematically constructing the concept of the quality of modern vocational education in our country.
