【摘要】：高職院校的核心要?jiǎng)?wù)是要培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求的高技能人才,人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是其辦學(xué)成效的重要檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。江蘇農(nóng)牧科技職業(yè)學(xué)院在提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的導(dǎo)向下,進(jìn)行了高職院校教改教研的探索與實(shí)踐。
