日本現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制研究

【摘要】:日本作為第二次世界大戰(zhàn)的戰(zhàn)敗國(guó)能夠在戰(zhàn)后極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)就迅速發(fā)展成為第二經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國(guó),一躍躋身于現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家的行列,不得不承認(rèn)是現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制對(duì)日本職業(yè)教育所產(chǎn)生的巨大影響。目前,我國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展階段,高技術(shù)人才短缺已成為制約我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵,也是職業(yè)教育亟待解決的難題。2014年8月25日,教育部印發(fā)了《關(guān)于開(kāi)展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)工作的意見(jiàn)》,提出各地要高度重視現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)工作,著力構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制培養(yǎng)體系,全面提升技術(shù)技能人才的培養(yǎng)能力和水平。本文對(duì)日本學(xué)徒制發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行了梳理,并對(duì)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制開(kāi)展較為成功的日本企業(yè)教育進(jìn)行了剖析,總結(jié)了企業(yè)教育的特點(diǎn),用于對(duì)我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制教育的實(shí)施提供參考。本論文分為五章。第一章為緒論,主要介紹本文的研究背景、目的和研究意義以及回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)學(xué)徒制、工廠學(xué)徒制和現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的概念進(jìn)行了界定。第二章對(duì)日本江戶時(shí)代的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)徒制和近代的工廠學(xué)徒制進(jìn)行了梳理,闡述了日本江戶時(shí)代的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)徒制和近代工廠學(xué)徒制的產(chǎn)生的歷史背景、社會(huì)背景和經(jīng)濟(jì)背景,并分別介紹了傳統(tǒng)學(xué)徒制和工廠學(xué)徒制的主要開(kāi)展形式,并總結(jié)出傳統(tǒng)學(xué)徒制和工廠學(xué)徒制的特點(diǎn)。第三章對(duì)日本現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的產(chǎn)生進(jìn)行了梳理,以歷史、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化為背景對(duì)日本現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的產(chǎn)生進(jìn)行了介紹,并對(duì)日本現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。第四章主要將日本現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制所特有的企業(yè)教育進(jìn)行了剖析,從政策、制度及實(shí)施三個(gè)方面對(duì)日本企業(yè)教育進(jìn)行了闡述,分析了當(dāng)前日本企業(yè)教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與特點(diǎn)。第五章依據(jù)日本現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的特點(diǎn),對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制教育的實(shí)施提出改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:As a defeated country in the second World War, Japan was able to rapidly develop into a second economic power within a very short period of time after the war, jumping into the ranks of modern countries. It has to be admitted that modern apprenticeship has a great influence on Japanese vocational education. At present, our country is in the stage of economic transformation and development. The shortage of high-tech talents has become the key to restrict the competitiveness of our industry, and it is also a difficult problem to be solved urgently in vocational education on August 25, 2014. The Ministry of Education issued "opinions on developing the pilot work of Modern Apprenticeship system", and put forward that all localities should attach great importance to the pilot work of Modern Apprenticeship system, make great efforts to construct the training system of Modern Apprenticeship system, and promote the cultivation ability and level of technical skill talents in an all-round way. In this paper, the historical context of the development of Japanese apprenticeship system is combed, and the successful Japanese enterprise education of modern apprenticeship system is analyzed, and the characteristics of enterprise education are summarized. It provides reference for the development of vocational education and the implementation of modern apprenticeship education in China. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, reviews the current research situation at home and abroad, and defines the concepts of apprenticeship system, factory apprenticeship system and modern apprenticeship system. The second chapter combs the traditional apprenticeship system in the Edo era and the factory apprenticeship system in modern Japan, and expounds the historical background, social background and economic background of the emergence of the traditional apprenticeship system and the modern factory apprenticeship system in the Edo era of Japan. The main forms of traditional apprenticeship and factory apprenticeship are introduced, and the characteristics of traditional apprenticeship and factory apprenticeship are summarized. The third chapter combs the emergence of modern Japanese apprenticeship, introduces the emergence of modern Japanese apprenticeship against the background of history, society, economy and culture, and summarizes the characteristics of modern Japanese apprenticeship. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the unique enterprise education of modern Japanese apprenticeship system, expounds the Japanese enterprise education from the aspects of policy, system and implementation, and analyzes the successful experience and characteristics of the current Japanese enterprise education. According to the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system in Japan, the fifth chapter puts forward some measures to improve the development of vocational education and the implementation of modern apprenticeship system in China.
