【摘要】：隨著高等職業(yè)教育在我國的發(fā)展,高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置的問題越來越引起人們的重視。專業(yè)設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)間的關(guān)系應(yīng)該是十分緊密的,因為專業(yè)設(shè)置合理與否決定著學(xué)校培養(yǎng)出來的人才能否被市場所接受。如果專業(yè)設(shè)置能夠較好地適應(yīng)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的特點,那么就能夠促進(jìn)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級,從而推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,反之則會阻礙區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)長期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,因此研究浙江高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的適應(yīng)性對浙江省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展而言顯得尤為必要。 目前高職院校的專業(yè)設(shè)置往往存在著與區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特點相脫節(jié)的狀況,各所高職院校都普遍傾向于開設(shè)硬件條件低、開設(shè)成本小的專業(yè),這種趨勢在一定程度上造成了區(qū)域內(nèi)高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置重復(fù)的現(xiàn)象,既容易導(dǎo)致教育資源的浪費,也不利于畢業(yè)生的就業(yè),更不利于滿足市場對各類高技能人才的需求,并且對高職院校的長期發(fā)展而言也是有害無利的。 運用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法等手段,對目前浙江省整體產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、未來產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的趨勢、2010年浙江高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀與特點進(jìn)行了研究,并重點對三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體情況、三次產(chǎn)業(yè)中主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)與專業(yè)設(shè)置的適應(yīng)性作出了分析,研究得出了目前浙江省高職專業(yè)設(shè)置和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)基本能夠適應(yīng),但在不少方面仍然不相適應(yīng)的結(jié)論。在總結(jié)出不相適應(yīng)的問題和原因之后,分別從政府層面、學(xué)校層面和社會層面三個角度提出了提升高職專業(yè)設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)適應(yīng)性的具體對策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher vocational education in our country, people pay more and more attention to the problem of specialty setting in higher vocational colleges. The relationship between specialty setting and industrial structure should be very close, because whether the professional establishment is reasonable or not determines whether the talents trained by the school can be accepted by the market. If the specialty can adapt to the characteristics of the regional industrial structure, it can promote the optimization and upgrading of the regional industrial structure, thus promoting the development of the regional economy, otherwise, it will hinder the long-term and stable development of the regional economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the adaptability of specialty setting and industrial structure in Zhejiang higher vocational colleges. At present, the specialties in higher vocational colleges are often out of line with the characteristics of regional industrial structure. All vocational colleges generally tend to set up specialties with low hardware conditions and low cost. To a certain extent, this trend leads to the duplication of specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in the region, which leads to the waste of educational resources, the employment of graduates and the satisfaction of the market demand for all kinds of highly skilled talents. And the long-term development of higher vocational colleges is also harmful and unprofitable. By using the methods of literature research and investigation, the paper analyzes the present situation of the overall industrial structure and the development of the leading industry in Zhejiang Province. The development trend of the industrial structure in the future, the present situation and characteristics of the specialty setting in Zhejiang higher vocational colleges in 2010 are studied, and the overall situation of the three industries and the adaptability of the leading industry and the specialty setting in the three industries are analyzed. The study draws the conclusion that the specialty setting and industrial structure of Zhejiang higher vocational colleges can adapt basically, but they are still not adapted to each other in many aspects. After summing up the problems and reasons that do not adapt to each other, this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to promote the adaptability of specialty setting and industrial structure in higher vocational education from three aspects: government level, school level and social level.
