中等職業(yè)學(xué)校文化基礎(chǔ)課程教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)人才培養(yǎng)教育體系中重要的一環(huán),不同于普通高校教育模式具有其獨(dú)特性的職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)宗旨是培養(yǎng)兼具一定的文化基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)理論與實(shí)踐操作能力的人才。改革開放三十年來,我國(guó)的中等職業(yè)教育在社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過程中扮演了極其重要的角色,為我國(guó)的建設(shè)事業(yè)培養(yǎng)了大量的一線實(shí)用型人才,做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)成果的不斷積累和現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,人才的需求,尤其是符合新時(shí)代要求的人才的需求日益加大。進(jìn)入了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化階段之后,人才資源稀缺、人才結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的問題日益凸顯。 在這種大背景之下,近年來,廣大中等職業(yè)學(xué)校在強(qiáng)調(diào)其自身實(shí)踐性、專門性和技術(shù)性,強(qiáng)調(diào)普遍的技術(shù)教育的過程當(dāng)中,過多地將注意力和資源放在了職業(yè)技術(shù)實(shí)踐能力的訓(xùn)練上,但是忽視了職業(yè)教育教書育人,提高學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的方面。教育部部長(zhǎng)周濟(jì)在2005年度的全國(guó)職業(yè)教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)上曾經(jīng)說過,“樹立和落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,必須大力促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育和其它各類教育的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。為了促進(jìn)各類教育的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,都要求職業(yè)教育有一個(gè)大的發(fā)展,為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)數(shù)以萬計(jì)的高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者”。這里不難看出,各級(jí)各類教育的全面發(fā)展、學(xué)生綜合能力素質(zhì)的全面提高才是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的重中之重。而忽視這一點(diǎn),將會(huì)造成了許多學(xué)生雖然具有良好的專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)和技能,但是由于文化基礎(chǔ)薄弱和基礎(chǔ)理論水平較差,所學(xué)的專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)無法得到更好更全的發(fā)揮和提高,這樣的畸形發(fā)展不僅影響了學(xué)生自身的提高和完善,也影響了我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)。 為此,本篇論文主要從我國(guó)和國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國(guó)家中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā),歸納其文化基礎(chǔ)課程發(fā)展和改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成果,通過廣泛收集關(guān)于上述問題的材料,以期為我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育文化基礎(chǔ)課程的發(fā)展帶來有利的信息。接著本篇論文在分析了文化基礎(chǔ)課程在中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中的一般價(jià)值和特殊價(jià)值之后,通過對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)生、中等職業(yè)教師和用人單位的多方面實(shí)地調(diào)查,以問卷的方式搜集了許多關(guān)于中等職業(yè)教育文化基礎(chǔ)課程寶貴的信息,并從中提煉了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育存在的主要問題及其成因,最后得出了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校文化基礎(chǔ)課教學(xué)改革的現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of the educational system of talent training in China. The purpose of vocational education, which is different from the educational model of ordinary colleges and universities, is to train talents with certain basic cultural knowledge and strong professional theoretical and practical ability. Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, the secondary vocational education in our country has played an extremely important role in the process of socialist modernization, trained a large number of first-line practical talents for the construction of our country, and made great contributions. With the continuous accumulation of economic construction achievements and the acceleration of the modernization process, the demand for talents, especially those in line with the requirements of the new era, is increasing day by day. After entering the stage of economic globalization, talent resource is scarce and talent structure is unreasonable. Against this background, in recent years, the vast number of secondary vocational schools have emphasized their own practicality, specialization, technology and general technical education. Too much attention and resources have been paid to the training of vocational and technical practical ability, but the vocational education has been neglected, and the aspects of improving students' comprehensive quality have been neglected. Zhou Ji, Minister of Education, said at the National Conference on Vocational Education in 2005 that "to establish and implement the scientific concept of development, we must vigorously promote the coordinated development of vocational education and social economy, and promote the coordinated development within vocational education." To promote the coordinated development of vocational education and other types of education. In order to promote the coordinated development of all kinds of education, vocational education is required to have a great development and to train tens of thousands of high-quality laborers for the modernization of our country. It is not difficult to see that the overall development of all kinds of education at all levels and the overall improvement of students' comprehensive ability is the most important part of the development of vocational education. Ignoring this will result in many students having good professional technical knowledge and skills, but because of the weak cultural foundation and poor basic theory, the professional technical knowledge can not be better and more fully developed and improved. Such abnormal development not only affects the improvement and perfection of students themselves, but also affects the socialist economic construction of our country. Therefore, starting from the history and reality of the development of secondary vocational education in our country and developed capitalist countries abroad, this paper summarizes the experiences and achievements of the development and reform of the basic curriculum of culture, and through the extensive collection of materials on the above issues, In order to bring favorable information for the development of basic curriculum of secondary vocational education culture in our country. After analyzing the general value and special value of the cultural basic course in the development of secondary vocational education, this paper makes a field investigation of the secondary vocational students, secondary vocational teachers and employers. This paper collects a lot of valuable information about the basic curriculum of secondary vocational education culture by means of questionnaire, and abstracts the main problems and causes of secondary vocational education in our country at the present stage. Finally, the author draws the present situation and countermeasures of the teaching reform of the basic course of culture in secondary vocational schools.
