【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才的主要渠道,與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整密切相關(guān)。臺(tái)灣地區(qū)呼應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,提出了一系列技職教育發(fā)展策略,建立了完整的技職教育體系,新世紀(jì)以來(lái),又針對(duì)技職教育發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,提出"回歸技職教育本質(zhì),強(qiáng)調(diào)實(shí)務(wù)致用"的再造計(jì)劃。本文介紹了臺(tái)灣地區(qū)技職教育發(fā)展策略以及存在的問(wèn)題,討論和分析了臺(tái)灣兩期技職再造策略及其特點(diǎn),提出了大陸地區(qū)在加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的實(shí)踐中應(yīng)該吸取教訓(xùn),借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is the main channel to train technical talents, which is closely related to the development of social economy and the adjustment of industrial structure. In response to the economic and social development, Taiwan has put forward a series of strategies for the development of technical and vocational education, and has established a complete system of technical and vocational education. Since the new century, in view of the problems existing in the development of technical and vocational education, it has proposed "returning to the essence of technical and vocational education." Re-engineering projects with emphasis on practical use. This paper introduces the development strategy and existing problems of technical and vocational education in Taiwan, discusses and analyzes the strategies and characteristics of Taiwan's two periods of technical and vocational reengineering, and points out that the mainland should draw lessons from the practice of speeding up the development of modern vocational education. Learn from experience.
