【摘要】:近幾年,,我國(guó)正在大力推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育的校企合作,探索有效的合作模式,力求能夠形成具有中國(guó)特色、適應(yīng)我國(guó)國(guó)情的體制與機(jī)制。然而,當(dāng)前普遍存在職業(yè)院校一頭熱、企業(yè)比較冷淡的現(xiàn)象。許多職業(yè)院校苦于無(wú)法找到與企業(yè)合作的妥善路徑與模式,無(wú)法培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)企業(yè)需求的技能型人才。這種情況是由多種因素造成的,原因之一就是作為校企合作其中的重要一方,我國(guó)職業(yè)院校在與企業(yè)的合作辦學(xué)中存在著對(duì)校企合作的認(rèn)識(shí)不足;專業(yè)設(shè)置缺少企業(yè)參與;教學(xué)改革與課程體系開發(fā)不夠靈活;教師實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足;校外實(shí)習(xí)、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地?cái)?shù)量不足;合作模式及其關(guān)系缺乏穩(wěn)定性;缺乏有效的管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)與嚴(yán)格的制度保障體系等問(wèn)題。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于以職業(yè)院校作為研究的切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)職業(yè)院校推進(jìn)校企合作方面的大量文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行深入分析與研究,對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)院校在校企合作深入開展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深度剖析。并且,通過(guò)比較分析法,系統(tǒng)地對(duì)德國(guó)、英國(guó)、美國(guó)、澳大利亞、日本等國(guó)家職業(yè)院校在校企合作中的定位、角色以及所發(fā)揮的作用和功能進(jìn)行國(guó)際比較。在合理地吸收與借鑒國(guó)外職業(yè)教育的先進(jìn)模式與有效機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,采用案例分析法,以國(guó)內(nèi)一些職業(yè)院校在促進(jìn)校企合作方面采取的具體措施為例,提出改善我國(guó)職業(yè)院校參與校企合作現(xiàn)狀的有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策與建議:職業(yè)院校應(yīng)當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)變觀念、主動(dòng)與企業(yè)進(jìn)行全方位合作;專業(yè)設(shè)置應(yīng)適應(yīng)企業(yè)和勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)需求;教學(xué)改革與課程體系開發(fā)要適應(yīng)企業(yè)需求;教師聘任與培養(yǎng)要充分依靠企業(yè);要積極建立實(shí)習(xí)、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地以提高實(shí)踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量;要推行“訂單”培養(yǎng)以創(chuàng)新校企合作模式等等。從而推動(dòng)職業(yè)院校對(duì)校企合作促進(jìn)作用的發(fā)揮,不斷完善我國(guó)職業(yè)教育校企合作的體制與機(jī)制,提升我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量與發(fā)展速度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China is vigorously promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education, exploring an effective mode of cooperation, and striving to form a system and mechanism with Chinese characteristics and adapting to the national conditions of our country. However, at present, there is a general hot vocational colleges and enterprises relatively cold phenomenon. Many vocational colleges are unable to find the proper way and mode to cooperate with enterprises and to cultivate skilled talents to meet the needs of enterprises. This situation is caused by many factors, one of the reasons is that, as an important party of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, there is insufficient understanding of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in the cooperation between the vocational colleges and the enterprises, and the professional establishment lacks the enterprise participation. The teaching reform and curriculum system development are not flexible; the teachers' practical experience is insufficient; the number of practice bases is insufficient; the cooperation mode and its relationship are lack of stability; Lack of effective management organization and strict system guarantee system and so on. The innovation of this paper lies in taking vocational colleges as the starting point of the research, through the literature analysis to carry on the thorough analysis and the research to the massive literature data about the vocational colleges and universities to promote the cooperation between the school and the enterprise at home and abroad. This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the process of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in our country. In addition, through comparative analysis, this paper systematically compares the roles, roles and functions of vocational colleges and universities in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Japan and other countries. On the basis of reasonably absorbing and drawing lessons from the advanced models and effective mechanisms of foreign vocational education, this paper adopts the case analysis method, taking the concrete measures taken by some vocational colleges and universities in promoting the cooperation between the schools and enterprises as an example. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the current situation of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises: vocational colleges and universities should change their ideas, take the initiative to cooperate with enterprises in all aspects, set up specialties to meet the needs of enterprises and the labor market; The reform of teaching and the development of curriculum system should meet the needs of enterprises; teachers should be hired and trained by enterprises; practice bases should be established actively to improve the quality of practical teaching; and the cultivation of "orders" should be carried out in order to innovate the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and so on. In order to improve the quality and development speed of vocational education in our country, we can promote the role of vocational colleges in promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improve the system and mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education in our country and promote the quality and development of vocational education in our country.
